how do you make your shakes? and how to make them come up in a menu like that? im a new ae user, just trying stuff out

uh how do I make a value graph- sorry I’m really bad at learning things😭
When you open the graph just right click anywhere on the graph and there should be 2 different types of options for the graph, speed and value after that just click the value graph and you should be good :D

I was gonna make one a while back, but there’s already too many tutorials on shakes so I probably won’t end up making one ;-;
Edits are good, but I can see the motion tile
Yea on these types of edits I don’t really bother to hide motion tile, but when I do different styles that’s not this style, I usually try to hide motion tile
1:33 in this part the graph only shows a red straight line, what sould i do?
That means you didn’t easy ease the key frames, to make it not a straight line select all the key frames and press f9 and you should be good or the other problem may be that you didn’t separate the position x and y. Hope this helps :D

how do u make a key frame?
Press u on keyboard and you should see something that looks like a stopwatch next to the position panel

I did this exactly but when I change y or x position graph the position course changes to a curved line so the transition gets messed up 😭
Are you sure you pressed f9 on the key frames?

@@velvety.dreams hmm strange make sure your using value graph and that you separated the positions
@@velvety.dreams and if that doesn’t work at 1:32 at the bottom of the screen there should be a box with 3 lines try to press that to zoom into the graph and maybe that would work

0:42 what is the key combination you did to open that little window?
It’s a free 3rd party plugin called “fx console” from video co pilot that you can download from yt if you search up “video copilot fx console” the shortcut after u download it to open up that window ctrl + spacebar

Hii so for some reason when I do the zoom in, it’s always so bouncy? How do you make it more still? Is it just the graph?
Jungkookie Mochi for some reason yt keeps deleting my comments when I try to reply to this but yea it’s bouncy usually because of the graph like you accidentally set one point of graph to like a negative value or a too high value (if that makes sense) try to make the graph exactly like this one if you can and that should fix your problem :D

make sure ur using oppiste values so say you do a zoom out 25 on the scale, on the next clip it would be zoomed in somewhere from 350 - 800 on the scale.

In the other tutorial I made called "twitch shake" I kinda went over how I made my shakes but just without the twitch
@@LostAMVs no bro not that kind of shake like for slow movement shake that u added in your clip with position,and rotation.
@@MakeitReal786 yea I only use like 1 shake which is the one on the twitch tutorial just without the twitch and i make it slower by just moving the keyframes a bit more frames forward if that makes sense
