You should try phase-change material Honeywell PTM7950. It comes in as a sheet, lasts longer, performs works better than traditional pastes and there is no pump-out effect. On the power section (vrm) and vrams I advice to give thermal putty Upsiren UX Pro.
It is also a good idea to do undervolting.

Windows dalo.. then check kro.. internet se contact krne se laptop heat nahi hota.. baki ap thermal paste toh change kr hi sakte ho.. laptop ko faida hi hota hain

2012 mein ASUS X552C kharida tha. 8+ years chalke 2020 ko dead ho gaya. Kabhi thermal paste change hi na kiya. 2021 September ko mujhe new laptop mila HP 15s FQ2072TU aur aaj ke time kitna old ho chuka hoga aap jante hi ho. Iska bhi thermal paste change na kiya aaj tak. Ye laptop bhi dead ho gaya.
Ab paise aane ka wait kar raha hoon thoda. Aate hi ASUS ROG ZEPHYRUS DUO 16 (2022) le lunga

I changed my laptop's thermal to Kryonaut after 1 year from purchase. It showed decent improvement back then, but now, just after 4-5 months, the laptop heats up like before..... Why so?? Should I switch to Liquid Metal??
Liquid metal great but it's not good for you cpu and heatsink.. permanently masking.. i don't recommend..
