    To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Australia-Vietnam diplomatic relations, host Luke Nguyen - an Australian-Vietnamese chef and restauranteur - travels through Vietnam meeting with inspiring Australians who represent the spirit of the Australia-Vietnam relationship while cooking with Australian produce and enjoying Vietnamese regional dishes.

    ahhh Con Dao, was prisoned there in the 80s trying to escape VN you know the whole refugee thing...and ironically ate this turtle when were there. So weird to see this place now a luxury resort island... it was a penal colony.
