MrGabrinoel I would assume he is learning Japanese traditional primary then secondary English however his son is quite young and so probably cannot speak that clear of Japanese or even slurred English and so he has probably just edited over that
he is probably educated in both english and japanese, thats at least what i would do if i had a wife that speaks another language than me
