You should try to get the secret endings! You need to give two cards to the white pieces, one of them being the red book (I’m not sure but the second card may be Theocracy); finally, on the last floor, you must leave one bishop alive after killing the giant white king: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE POWERFUL SOUL AFTER KILLING THE KING! There’s at least one other secret ending, but I can’t help you find it, sorry 😅

It would be fun to play from White King’s perspective as well! Moving each piece strategically to stop the wrath of your opponent whilst protecting your king would be a fun challenge.
And as a reference, at some point the black king finds a shotgun, especially after all the other black pieces are gone. Probably because of how much the stickmen would be trying to kill the black pieces, and with no way to counter.
I love all Alan and DJ's videos and when I am feeling down some pico park, unrailed or just shapes and beats STORY MODE calms me down. DJ's and Alan's videos really are the best. :) P.S I absolutely love story mode (just shapes and beats) you will love the end of it u should do more rly soon

Gary Kasporov would be facepalming so hard right now... Seeing DJ kick tush so hard in this game is making me wonder how well he'd do in a game I've played called Moonbase Commander. It's a really fun but badly unnoticed turn- based strategy game which I think can be found on both GOG and Steam. Moonbase Commander has some multiplayer capacity too, so perhaps you two could make a video of DJ and Alan (and maybe some others) squaring off in a versus match of that game? Also, I'm sure everybody and their mother has been suggesting this game to you, but Deep Rock Galactic may also be a fun one for your crew. It's a very casual but fun game.

Yes, but it took eternity (or never at all for some youtuber like Tyler even after 19 videos) due to RNG which is outside player's control. I think AvG is never play this game again to get that ending because any PvE chess is too hardcore for casual player (which include AvG) due to it require planning and paying attention to every cards & pieces (+ talking to another person while playing game that require brain usage similar to vanilla chess is hard, even on DIFF: EASY)
