Such a helpful, quality video, thank you! I have the Pochette Metis in monogram, and after almost two years with it I can honestly say it is my favorite bag. I have always carried huge bags (Neverfull GM), but the one good thing that came out of the pandemic is not needing to carry much around since I wasn't going anywhere except the grocery store and Target! 🤣So the Pochette Metis became my go-to bag. I've been thinking about the Empreinte in black for a long time. You have helped me solidify that decision. Appointment with my SA this Monday to pick up! 👏👏👏 Oh, and one thing you might consider if you haven't already (since I'm late to this video)...the thicker LV bandouliere strap with the monogram Pochette Metis. I have the monogram/black strap, and only ever use it with my bag, because like you, I agree that the monogram thin strap is a little stiff and uncomfortable. I have used the bandouliere strap on a Delightful, my PM, and will also combine with the black. It is so worth the investment! Thanks again for a great video!

I got the pochette Métis in the turtledove color recently and I was really torn between the monogram and with black too. I already have a lot of black bags so that was clearly off the list. But monogram was also classic and I kinda wanted to have the classic print in my collection, however the monogram was just too loud for my taste and style. But I was really close to getting it! Glad I didn’t since the turtledove color just goes with everything and can be dressed up and down. Great review and points! I agree on on them!

Both bags are gorgeous. I’ll be receiving mine in Monogram next week. I honestly had no idea there was any sort of craze over that particular one. I’ve been wanting a bigger one since I’ve been using the Favorite PM for so long. Might have to consider the Empriente as my next purchase though!

Love this vid! Also, love the pochette, I got mine from the website *BAGXGO.COM* it looks, feels, and smells so much like the real thing. I wore it to an LV boutique near me and they complimented me on it lol, why spend thousands when you can get the same thing for hundreds? makes no sense, I'm a rep girl through and through now.

Which wipe do you use? I always clean my purses but I use a separate leather conditioner…
I have been on the notification list for the signature canvas, and literally by the time I get on the site it’s gone again (within minutes). Looking into other designs at this point, great video!

Love that video. I went with the black leather. I'm a more understated gal. Not a huge fan of the LV all over everything they make, it's there but not so loud in the empreinte leather.

What’s the name of the wipes that you use for your bag from Amazon now?
I used to have 3 I got th Empreinte first because I can’t get the reverse or monogram. Second bag is Reverse then the monogram. I was lucky to have nice CA in Brisbane Australia. I sold the Reverse though to fund my Dior oblique saddle bag

I can’t chose. Ugh. I just feel that the noir is dressier and I wouldn’t know what to wear as I am very casual. Mono is more me however is hard to find.
I agree Noir is more elevated but I have certainly carried it with casual looks as well. It's truly what you are most comfortable with and will grab most often. Hope that helps!

I would suggest storing a small purse pillow or small cloth rolled up when storing. That has worked well for me thus far.

Hello, my husband surprised me with the Neonoe Monogram but I was a little skeptical on the look so I went back and changed it to the Empreinte leather instead. I do not feel any weight difference but its definitely softer! I know we are talking about a different bag but just sharing.. hehe

@@paulaelib I am looking at the same two bags. I was leaning towards the monogram since I want to use it as a work bag as well. But the Empreinte leather Neonoe in black is so pretty. I am glad someone addressed the weight difference. I was wondering what do you think of the Empreinte leather as far as wear? Will it sag in the not too distant future. I may end up getting the canvas so I don't have to baby it as much and won't have to worry as much if it gets wet. Your thoughts?
Do you find the leather is more heavier than canvas? Can you feel the difference?
It definitely does weigh more I’m sure. But honestly I don’t notice it. Overall it’s pretty light weight. I hope that helps!

Is this heavier than the canvas version?
Yes leather is naturally going to be heavier than canvas. However, in this instance it’s not significantly different. I’ve carried the leather countless times with no issues. Hope this helps!

The wipes I have used have unfortunately been out of stock since I made this video. I am behind on responses as we have had multiple deaths on our family over the last several months.
