I have a tmnt shredder . That has the con sticker on top of the shared. Sometimes Funko just messes up, which they wouldn’t be Funko unless they did that.

I don't think someone was being shady. Funko has actually been doing that with their stickers on some pops. Most recently with the star trek pop at this year's nycc

Lottery tickets more than likely will give you 0. Mystery Boxes you will at least get close to what you paid for the box. Not the same as gambling.
