First of all, may I congratulate you on your channel. I love your reviews and I am learning a lot since I am new to the niche fragrance world. "Quando rapita in estasi" is a soprano aria from Act 1 of Donizetti's Lucia Di Lammermoor, one of my favourite operas and so it was immediately recognisable. Thanks again Daniel.
This house goes so hard ito concept and bottle design wow.. I'm sensing major olfactophile vibes from some of the texts on the site, very interesting.. Love the look and concept behind Haec Dies, it's like a contemporary relic of Jesus's tomb. No one here has ever heard of this house so thankyou for reviewing!
Being italian and sharing the same kind of background and socialisation, I somehow can understand the contradictory nature of Sorcinelli's vision. That makes his brand more intriguing. Never sampled it, I surelly will do. Thanx for the first impression videos
You made a tremendous effort with this one; I am not talking so much of olfactory fatigue as conveying into words very complex (and unusual) scents with intriguing concepts behind: thank you so much. Never tried Contre Bombarde, but your description makes me it appealing (due to IFRA severe restriction on cinnamon-like materials I am very curious about this)..yet I have never been a fan of the "music line" or whatever is called. If yoy can: try LAVS, much churchy and much in your face than Reliqvia and - even if it is not your scent profile , Chiudi gli occhi e poi Vedi (close ur eyes and then see) with the metalling notes contrasting with a beautifully artificial strawberry. Also the re-issue of the MEMENTO line are very very intriguing (I believe they represent more Sorcinelli's persona). Let us know if you will try those and or buy any full bottles, while we look forward for the next Sorcinelli review. Again, congrats! Cheers.
@@alexceraudo9383 thanks for the comment! Sorcinelli is a really interesting house, next time I go to a shop that carries the frags I’ll know what to ask for and have a better picture of what the house is about 👍
I believe you previously mentioned a parfumer who employs exciting, indolic or animalic nuances as a sort of signature in his/her creations but the name escapes me. I've been getting interested in that side of parfumery so I'm looking to explore some sensual, confident, jasmine/linden blossom-esque creations or some other creative, daring yet strangely intoxicating & enjoyable offerings which have some primal notes. Could you (or anyone else who reads this and has an idea to share) point me in the right direction? I'm getting a sample kit and would greatly appreciate some help as I can't find people discussing this topic online

I love your reviews. They are like a breath of fresh air in this oversaturated market.
Thanks a lot!
Indeed. Check out the fragrance channel RAMSEY . He does family portrait history of fragrances too
@@mattl7424 I watch a lot of this stuff!

@@SimonDeMarco thanks for the info! I then checked out all the frags and on the website where you can find beautiful descriptions. Super interesting!
Nice review! Sounds like an interesting house with interesting names too!
Definitely worth sampling for some fun experiences. These are to be seen as art, not actual wear fragrances.

@@Tony-os6ib it’s really a mystery sample brand, very very interesting and unique.
“Feels like I’m snorting Sulphuric Acid”….”Hits like a Jackhammer”…..BUT I like the scent profile… 😂. That was great. Thanks for all you do. 💯
@@silverfox311 dude, these were POTENT fragrances. Really cool stuff though, and I really want a couple bottles now 😎
Haha snorting sulfuric acid. 😆 That's what woody ambers do to my nose. This was great Dan!
Potent stuff! The spices on these really hit hard.
Love it when we get quick & dirty
More popular houses coming to quick sniffing :)
