Thank you for all the lessons in making junk journals. Allow me to trade some info to maybe make your projects easier. I noticed your sewing foot was uneven at the start of sewing. Your left index finger was on the black button on the shank of your presser foot. If you level the presser foot and push that button in, it will let your sew begin much easier as it will be on an even plane.
Ooh Pam I squeezed my glue bottle like you did, it was like a hard gym session with that bottle 😂, but suddenly is said “poff” and it was sooo easy and light - yea I had a small lake of glue on my table. The end popped out and it poured out. 😂😱 My first instinct was to take the papertissues I had beside me to dry it up but Fabri fix dries soooo fast so it ended up that the paper just got stuck in the glue...... I didn’t know whether to cry or to laugh but my table has not been itself after this 🫣 NOW it really looks like a crafter lives here 😂

All you gotta do is thin out the glue (fabric tac) with a little bit with acetone, it’ll work just perfect.
Think that glue is temperamental in different weather, mine always plays up when it’s cold. 🤗🤗😘

Hi Pam i just love your videos i have come upon so many things for journaling i found a 1943 sunday star magazine a 1998 Saturday evening post and a 1960 life magazine i have a stack of greeting cards and post cards old photos old books and old recipe books and i feel a bit overwhelmed i am making copies of the magazine pages to prevent damage to the original but i don't know what to do with some of this stuff could you link some videos that could help

I am aware that you sew quite a bit and glue can be a problem when doing so. Amazon has Teflon coated sewing machine needles to help
with that.

I think you have PET TAPE and not PET STICKERS. With tape, you have to cut items out and glue down. With stickers, you just peel them off and stick them. I THINK, but I am not 1000% positive, just 9988%.
