- The cutting continues! Just a quick update of where we are at with the development of new parts. This week we head under the bonnet to progress on the intake cross over pipe.
We need to fully understand OEM operation to ensure our parts only improve performance & economy, while throwing no error codes or check engine lights.

Thinking the same thing.
I think the bigger pipe reduces down to prevent the pressure from the smaller pipe taking the path of least resistance and going back into the bigger pipe and also the bigger pipe being reduced down so much would also cause suction on the smaller pipe as it passes by. I could be wrong. Just my opinion.
We think you're spot on here. We managed to get a Ford tech to give us the run down and we will revisit this in the next intake ep.
Looks like it might be a venturi effect in the way it enters the pipe

Ahhhhh Steve, Thanks for your support mate, I can see you also grabbed the 4inch resonator delete exhausts previously too. No excuses, thats our stuff up, Shopify won't let you sell a product with a lead time unless you enter stock on hand. We tried to make the lead times more obvious than the 'in stock' but it has been missed a few times.
I'm going to email you now.
