black steel thumb rests are the best !!!!! i recently put black steels on my lone wolf LTD17 and shadow systems DR920. i am impressed with their quality and function. also they are on every glock i own. black steel is an excellent company with exceptional customer service as well.
I went a little crazy with my Echelon but I love your “Top Five” - Icarus Precision OD-Green Metal Grip - Springer Precision Compensator - Springer Precision Stainless Steel Guide Rod - NDZ Performance 12lb Recoil Spring - Springfield Armory Threaded Barrel - Floyd’s Magazine Extensions - Trijicon RMR - Streamlight TLR-1HL - Tyrant CNC Trigger
I put a stainless steal guide rod and 12.5 lbs recoil spring the guide rod was ndz preformance and I put a patriot cnc comp. On it and a magwell from them as well and a +0 base plate and it is flat shooting
Just ordered mine and it came in defective. When it’s installed and you put press forward it’s fine but it also rotated backwards with ease when locked in place
It's that really the size 2 of the black steel gas pedal? From the picture on the website I thought I'd like a 2. But if yours is where the 2 really is, maybe i should get a 3
I'd definitely like to see that comparison video. I'd like to get in touch with you about both my Prodigy and my Echelon. I purchased the Echelon ported from the manufacturer. As far as gas pedals, are there any available for the left handed (me) shooter? Need to speak with you about doing some work on my guns. Thanks! Artie F.
Absolute must? That powder river return spring was a huge problem for not just me but a lot of people, I stuck with the OEM return spring and eventually traded out the powder river trigger for the Tyrant CNC which is LIGHT-YEARS better then the powder river, almost Zero take up, nice firm wall with a nice glass rod snap break and a short audible tactile reset, it's almost the perfect striker fired trigger and I highly suggest it
@@SkipsGunzI have the PRP kit and also had to go back to the OEM return spring. Than I replaced the PRP trigger shoe with the Tyrant ITTS shoe. Way better. So if you want a better trigger go with PRP spring kit with Tyrant shoe
Great video!! I see alot of guns getting ported. Are there any issues with cleaning or fouling of the barrel or ports? "People" have told me that ports are difficult to clean and really foul up a barrel.
Apparently, the Echelon trigger is luck of the draw. Mine is fantastic and breaks at 3lb 14oz after 2,200 rounds through it and has a pretty short reset. Pewview stated that the trigger on his original Echelon wasn't that great, but the one on his Echelon Comp was much better.
@@SkipsGunz I sent a message to your email address because I wanted to tell you that: I made a new video intro for you to use, and I’ve re-edited one of your most recent videos (the video about the MP 2.0 vs the XR920P) which you can re-upload to your channel if you'd like.
Literally shortens everything Then I just started a compact build the and only swapped the shoe Overwatch precision is a great option aswell video soon
Why would you use a pedal on a gun with a light? We are Ben Stogies. We see through this. My siggas know, we know. Every gun is a comp. An aside; I can see you re-adusting your grip between string of fire. That makes your opinion a little less valid. And then we can see you maxing the grip out on your firing hand. Not great.

Problem is, a handgun that’s $600 is now costing $2k with all the changes. It’s out of most people’s range.
Nice video though, like how it does look.
Don’t need to do all the upgrades this is an example of if u do but ports or grip or trigger or blacksteal pedal are all good options by them self
I know you love me 2011 me too But it Gloctember 😂
Have you done anything with the rival s?

No only if u shoot cheap ammo but don’t and use code Sgz5 at Callaway ballistics and just keep the gun clean you’ll be ok

I hear the same stuff actually
I like the one on my ported model
Great video 🔥! I just got my Echelon. What optic are you running and what do you suggest?
Titanium is an extremely light metal. I couldn't see that being beneficial as a guiderod at all.
Strength over the polymer one
@@SkipsGunz Why would that matter? Guide rods dont break
what websites are those discount codes for?
Very nice!!! 😮
