- Yes, yall in the beginning Prime cares about you but they have to see the potential in order to keep you. KNOW YOUR CDL Permit test (use the Cdl Prep App from app store [THE ONE WITH THE STEERING WHEEL]) If you know all of those questions then you're set.
Also when they assign you work-- get it done ASAP no procrastination and show up to EVERY CLASS ON TIME.

I’m from STL too! I’m planning on going to prime within the next few weeks. Share the rice plug!
A company shouldn't have such a short trial, and cut out rate.
That's just greed.
It may take one person 2 days to pass a 90deg. back test.
It may take another 2 weeks or more.
Rather then looking at how quick you can get folks through your program.
How about slowing the roll.
Take the time, teach, practice, and encourage.
The result is, safer drivers.
Add to that fair pay, you get company loyalty.
It sucks to see places push folks through.
( Sure Wish I Finished Training.)
Just kicking semi prepared drivers out into the real world.
If the driver makes it, you profit.
If the driver messes up...
You profit, and the driver gets the ticket and label.
My point is, training takes as long as it takes.
But it should be done with the goal of making a safe, productive driver.
We totally agree with this. Man I (Carla) had a job at a 911 center and their training was the same way...smdh.

Nic & Carla I drive locally right now I used to be over the road but now since my wife is great to go to a truck driving school this coming Monday on the 19th we are planning on going team and eventually we was talking about getting our own truck and doing our own thing so we looking at a couple places like for maybe Covenant Warner or hopefully maybe US Xpress so I used to drive for Prime long time ago I was at least operator but things didn't work out so you know I' just trials and tribulations that we go through and trying to figure out where we belong and this industry or in the Work World it or whatever

Cdl permit test: average of 20-26 questions in each section
What did you use to study for a cdl permit test?
Lagavin Johnson CDL Prep App -- downloaded from the app store. Only missed one question throughout the entire test and that's only because I got too cocky and answered the questions fast. (App logo is a grey steering wheel)
