Cagayan de oro obviously has big money and so many investors in the city but the local government is so lazy and corrupt that they cannot organize things in this side of downtown area.. very sad and heartbreaking for a booming city that is becoming a metropolitan soon.. hope the other cities of this metro will not be like this soon.. crossing my two fingers.. i found EL salvador city, Opol, Tagoloan and villanueva to be a promising one's
