Hi Joshua. Yes, there was construction at the time. Arlington County was removing one of the emergency bridges across the Four Mile run stream that were erected many years ago to allow for a quick escape from the capital region if there was an emergency.
Hi. What kind of camera were you using? I also notice that I can watch your video at 1080P. What were your settings on the camera when you made it? I have been recording at 1080P on my Sony Action Cam, but only seem to be able to get 720P when I upload. Thanks for uploading your video. Rolfe Pope
