Y'know, I wasn't expecting Nitro Fun and Half an Orange's styles to blend so well together. I love how bouncy the bassline is in this; the drops are really catchy.
With all the remixes lately, I was definitely interested in what Half an Orange had to bring us next, and now the collab with Nitro Fun really brings me joy
These are the Easter Eggs I found in the artwork for the song (I will update this after the music video in case there are any in there. Lmk if I missed any!): - Something is in ground to the left; that's from Animal Crossing - The grass that belongs to the house on the left is also similar to Animal Crossing's grass - The shovel you could use to dig into the ground belongs to Shovel Knight - There is a PokéBall towel, along with some rings from Sonic on the clothesline to the left - The bus sign depicts the Battle Bus from Fortnite - The fruits in the bushes are from Pac-Man - Pac-Man is out front mowing the lawn, while Ms. Pac-Man and two ghosts are in the house. (All characters are from the Pac-Man series) - The house number that Ms. Pac-Man and the two ghosts are in says 1980. That's the year the original Pac-Man was released - The house on the right has a hole in the wall. However, it's being filled in with Tetris blocks - A depiction of Donkey Kong is in the middle of the hole in the house on the right - Sonic's famous SOAP shoes are on the front porch on the house on the right - 1981 (the address for the house on the right) is the year Donkey Kong was released - I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the barrels in the front yard for the house on the right are from the Donkey Kong games - I don't know what that purple thing is on one of the barrels - There are 3 Space Invaders in the top left and right of the artwork Video Games in the music video: - PONG - Duck Hunt - Donkey Kong - Space Invaders - Flappy Bird
Really love how well these two styles came together! HaO takes lead of the verses while Nitro shines through most visibly in the drop, but both sections have a bunch of elements significantly from each other, resulting in a really satisfying combination of two artists. Made me smile!
Nitro Fun still manages to surprise me. As always, the Electro bits are epic. Half an Orange's parts are an epic touch. It's an equal and awesome collab.

The vocals are much better than normally, that was such a nice suprise. another suprise but not so much, incredible sound design! the vocal chops are kinda yeowy sometimes, but they are really good. The guitar is really good too! also that hidden hidden level reference is sneaky :eyes: Overall! Suprisingly good release. These two have seriously exceeded my expectations today. Good fricking job gamers, another quality release on Monstercat. August is doing incredibly well.
