Realising that we all make mistakes and that we are gonna leave that all behind and that we are gonna turn over a fresh page, that we gonna start anew. 3rd STEP - You need to make it a big priority We always want to improve all the things at once about ourselves. It comes from the desire to be more and do more. We have to choose one big priority. It doesn't have to be on the list. It has to be on the list. There should be a priority for the day, the week and the Month. 4th STEP - Make your 1st Step a Small Step The reason most people never get started is that they think they have to achieve it all on Day1. They think if they don't get there, they can't start here and this is the most debilitating, frustrating feeling and that is why we have to simplify and create that first Small Step. We have to read so many books and we are overwhelmed by the number of books we have to read in the amount of time that we have. At the same time We are also trying to figure the which one am I gonna get the most value from and often we overthink and procrastinate. Junk food Fast food feels good before but after you usually regret it. 6th STEP - Don't make Procrastination your Enemy Procrastination can also be the greatest Space for creativity. Some of the best ideas and solutions come during procrastination 7th STEP - Time vs Energy or Presence One of the reasons why procrastinate is because we say, I don't have enough time to figure it out so let's do that later. When you are alert and ready even if it's for a short period of time, you can actually make more progress than an hour with no presence. The best thing to do is to set a deadline first and then work backwards, rather than losing track of time and trying to fit it all in right at the end. 9th STEP - Ladder of levelling up Analogy - "You can climb up a ladder but is it against the right wall" If you are climbing the left side of the wall but that wasn't the place where you wanted to be at the top, there is no point in being at the top We often procrastinate and overthink is because what we are chasing is not meaningful enough or purposeful enough, not fulfilling enough. We just don't realize that we are trying to get up the wrong wall and we never take the first step cause we don't actually care Put your ladder against a wall that you care about climbing. I found myself being very productive working under pressure. My productivity multiplies when I'm getting close to my deadlines, but it can be stressful at times where I do not complete the task. It think it has to do with not putting yourself under pressure by making a deadline before the deadline. Some people don't do well with pressure but if it helps you to meet deadlines and it helps you to be productive by under pressure, then continue to do it, only if it helps you! Unlike others don't do well with pressure sometimes lol Hope this makes sense!
