That Blade Cross has is a "Hack Blade"
From what I understand the overwrite button is from perseverance (chara from xtale had half their determination taken and replaced with perseverance) basically overwrite is the equivalent of the powers of save load and reset from determination what overwrite does is it manipulates reality to what the user wants by manipulating the code of Undertale and or alternate universe's of Undertale (including the code of everyone in Undertale and alternate universe's of Undertale) the limits are you have to visit the place where you want to change at least once and to control people you need to either kill them or know about them if they died also cross was trying to recreate his universe using pieces of other universe's because his universe was destroyed
That is *_NOT_* from perseverance, it has nothing to do with that

I’m being honest I don’t like the ketchup jokes but Great work!
I would like to point out that if classic died during that war then technically every au that has Sans in it would technically die too since if sans didn't exist in the original timeline that would mean that the other sans wouldn't exist in any alternate universe basically meaning that you shouldn't even have been in that war there for the first place he should have just waited until cross was defeated and just taken back his soul, with a few exceptions like error and ink since they are the gods of creation and destruction they should be immune to people going into the past and killing their future themselves at least that would make the most sense for them 404 would also not exist neither would king multiverse so then error ink could have been erased because 404 probably didn't recruit them or something, that really depends if they were recruited or if they were naturally there. And yes I know I've written a fucking paragraph
