What a wonderful representation of what we can have when we choose to embrace the everyday. As you have shown before I think it’s hard to do the every day things with intention because we are all told that our lives are wasting away unless we are striving towards it so hard. My son is six and my daughter is 4. I look at them and realize how fast time goes and I wouldn’t want to change that seeking something else. They are the prize. They are my family. They are worth slowing down for. ❤️
Really enjoyed this. I get so fed up of people telling me I need to do this and that. Go this place. Do this thing. No I need to just have time to do what’s important to my family. My daughter’s disabled and what people don’t realise is that travelling and new things are very stressful to both her and me. So we don’t do them often. I don’t want an instapot or air fryer to ‘change my life’. I’m happy as I am. People mean well but I like simple and uncomplicated.😊 it seems to make people uncomfortable that I’m content with what I have. I don’t always need more.

Absolutely loved spending your day with you! Living here in the countryside in England our life is slow too. When I look outside my window and see the horses and sheep In the fields I feel instantly calm,on our walks the butterflies dance around us and if we are lucky we also see deer. I loved watching your son in the sink and your husband's hammock is wonderful , we eat fresh vegetables and the flavour is amazing. We have the most beautiful beach not far from us with fossils to be found if you are lucky! Watching you wild swimming was amazing. We are very lucky that we also have a house in Spain where life is so laid back, lemon trees and the most beautiful palms away outside our window. Thankyou so much for your calming videos of you and your family's life, I look forward to all of themxxx

I've been watching your videos and really want to declutter more. As I've started I have noticed that I've been able to spend more time with my family because I have less stuff to keep track of, it's amazing! Although I am having a hard time as well because my daughter is medically fragile. Our days are filled with therapies and appointments, and our home is filled with medical equipment and supplies which I can't get rid of. Trying to find a balance here because I know she would also benefit from slowing down. Love your videos, thank you for sharing your wisdom!! ❤️

Your back yard reminds me of when I was little and things were ok and not so chaotic. I lived my whole life in Ca, Escondido to be exact, we moved a year go to AZ but seeing the ocean again makes my heart yearn for that scene again.
