Thank you! if I don't use foundation and only powder it would be patchy. Using foundation gives an overall smooth base.

Honestly I think the Mac studio fix fluid is only "very full coverage" for people with nice skin to begin with....
A foundation being deemed full coverage has nothing to do with someones skin type. The formula is just overall full coverage.
Desi Perkins ... i mean as far as having skin imperfections you want covered.
Stephanie Salan I agree, i've tried a lot of foundations from HD to mac to lancome. when i have bad skin, it doesn't seem to matter what the label on foundation says. I almost think heavy makeup makes bad skin look worse. I like a tinted moisturizer, it helps reduce red look without looking like a ghost, and its almost invisible, so people don't know i'm camouflaging my bad skin.
echoingamy I know your struggle. I have bad skin too and Mac fluid makes it look worse. It looks so cakey no matter what I do. Its sad :(
+echoingamy I totally feel you. One thing I've found that seems to cover decently while not looking cakey are the Korean be creams, like Lioele triple the solution. However it only comes in one damn shade! But that cc cream from it cosmetics seems similar so I'm going to try it out. But yeah those kinds of products are pretty moisturizing but not shiny. Love em!

I swear, some of the most talented MUA's on UA-cam are some of the most beautiful looking people in the world with and without makeup! Desi is beyond beautiful and has the most wonderful facial structure, as does Linda halberg. If I could look like that I'd probably never wear makeup! Although, looking like that, you can wear every style of makeup.

Denny's, In n out... how do you eat that kind of food and keep clear skin? I'm dying for french fries.. I can't eat anything if I want something close to clear skin. I use so much product, wash my sheets, and eat practically vegan or else my face goes pop! erruption-mode. I noticed my diet is the reason my face stays under control. If I eat too oily or too fatty it's game over.
I feel like overlining your lips really works for you because your lips are quite flat against your face.. Does that make sense? My lips are normal sized but they come out quite a lot so the line is 2222 obvious :(

What I love about Desi is that the way she does her makeup looks natural. Like maybe not eye makeup of course, but I mean like brows, highlight & contour. I usually don't like when people highlight their cheekbones bc most people just looks crazy with this bright white glittery line that they extend too far, but hers doesn't bother me. It's subtle. And the way she over lined her lips looks good but a lot of of other people make it to obvious & it just doesn't look right.
