I bought enterprise plan but the only hand action that works for me is hand writing!!!!!!. Others don’t do anything!.cleare action doesn’t work also. This is not helpful tutorial; it is rather confusing. The flow of the tutorial is not sequential as it is supposed for learners. Besides, the accent as well as the voice are not clear. I can't find a satisfactory tutorial video made for Mango WM anywhere on You Tube. This is your worst weakness. How can I choose Mango whiteboard animation in the face of this serious shortcoming? Please provide your potential buyers with tutorial videos with step by step guidance for beginners in standard English and clear voice-over.
