Almost. Povitica is made a tad differently than Potica, but it looks very similar. But Povitica is mostly only made around Belakrajina region of Slovenia. And the traditional one is usually savoury not sweet (as far as I'm aware). There is a sweet version, but it contains ricotta and raisins, no walnuts. But you have given me a great idea to make it! My parents were from Sveti Jurij ob Scavnici and Buckovci. They called this Povitica. I guess Potica is the same thing but from a different region.
