I havent played eve in 8 years, but it always brings me a smile to know its still going strong. I hope to return someday to see all the incredible content thats been added.
You'll need some sort of introduction course or something. It would be nice if CCP did like a summary of each year's biggest developments so returning players can know what they're missing when they're away or just check them out at once when they're returning
Same here, been about 12 years, I'm scared to try it again because of how addictive it was, took some serious willpower to pull away the first time.
@@nathanleigh3486 what made you pull away, though? I only stopped playing because some game update made my integrated graphics start to fuck up and I couldn't play the game anymore, really, since I didn't have the money to upgrade to a better computer, so I just cancelled Omega and that was it
Just the time it was taking tbh, it literally became a second job. And I know one should have balance ect but that wasn't me, I was all in. So I pulled the plug. @@nahuelma97

Will it ever be possible to walk in stations / ships? Even If it just a little area in Jita where you can walk around with your Avatar would still be awesome.
Best MMO ever made, there is a reason it's been around 20 years and I wish I could tell you what it is but it keeps bringing me back...

Seeing great things EVE Online!! I still suck at this game, but little by little I am learning, and I hope to get a better PC so I can play with a group and not have any worries about slow responds to my commands during combat or laggy warping. I really hope this game is given more limelight for once, as I know so many people would enjoy this on a competitive point of view.
Thank you for all the cool things you made for us.
Please, Eve, live on another 20 years. I will return to you when i've finally retired. :)

I played EvE Online many years ago. I've been thinking of coming back to it as I've got a lot more free time now. Is it easy enough for an old veteran to jump back on or are there many new systems to learn?
I went back about a year ago and its lagely the same. Big thing is the trigs and some highsec routes are now blocked. Pay attention or youll loose your shit. Other than that and the normal stuff like economy shifts its pretty much the same. Its main drawback for me is that the solo/gang pvp is down the drain compared to back in the day.

This game should be recommended because it is so fun and beautiful.
With the lacking attentionspan of the new gen gamer. No chance. Its one of the reasons the game have lost about 40% of its activity in 10 years.

So it was said some special sites will spawn in Derelik region, i have not noticed anything special. Can we get any clarification what those sites are?
At this point I don't play that much, only paying for the omega, but its still the best game out there.

Eve could grow tenfold if only it created super casual gameplay in addition to the existing not so casual gameplay. Just allow casual gamers to muck around with simple farmville/building games - and slowly merge them into the more challenging game modes.

I am struggling to understand how CCP can put together beautiful Pulse and Scope episodes...and yet are not able to choose the appropriate speakers for most of their Fanfest content presentations.

There's no "up" in space usually, but this is EVE so it's just a lower deck. Bar under maintenance, or maybe booked for another event?

Stitch is a good choice especially for small gang pvp which we all know escalates into larger engagements, if players actually undock
Not sure about Kshal but looks like they're pretty new and may have a solid perspective on the newbro experience, which is pretty invaluable imo

Ehhh CCP i knew you were gunning for idea of FPS and eve running in conjunction, but for goodness sake having FPS branch directly influencing core game mechanic it's radical to see but very bad idea. You guys love to experiment, With first edition of fps that failed, eve valkyries (great concept with VR but too early released and seizure inducing content). I see so many ways to abuse that system to "influence" the results...
I will come back to this game when i will be able to turn PVP off like in any proper MMO at least for High sec

The Problem is Zkillboard from my opinion. Fleet Battle Reports are cool. The record where players are flying around causing damage is beta behavior, and downing empty ships on the record to be an annoying capsuleer because that person has a miserable personal life
