The color of the landscape playing with the sunlight are most beautiful at this time of year

I hope to see this cub once again in the spring. I’ve watched him for many years now thanks to this channel. Respect and love for the old man

Yes, thank you. I agree with @williamrichard. Otis has been wandering a lot, and I'm afraid he's looking to find a place to sleep for the winter. I dread the day when he doesn't come back from his wandering, because who knows when we'll see him again. Otis, don't leave us yet. 🥺❤❤❤

Agreed, and so I've been soaking up these current, late-season Otis videos. I'm thankful to have them (and the many other, older videos) now, and for posterity.
      Thanks for posting, LBC.
See you next July, dear Otis!

Old bears are always the last to enter their hole for the winter.

Has Otis LOST weight!? He seems skinnier then in previous videos. I hope not. I would like more than anything, to see him again next year. 😢❤

I wonder how they know it’s time to go to sleep. And does he return to the same spot he slept last year? Sleep well dear Otis, we will be waiting for you in the spring.

Or worse coming out way early is a death sentence.

Their instinct worries about coming out, if they don't have the fat.

The whole Brooks River (between Lake Brooks and Naknek Lake) is only about a mile and a half long. It’s an easy walk for Otis.
