There are tons of better HMW/Phil moments that aren't Waffles commentating his own matches. That Shroomed vs P set is a goldmine

Fawriel you could get kicked out of a tournament for being really loud and obnoxious towards your opponent, but only in certain situations. when you pop off, it's fine, but if you're yelling at him mid-match, most TO's would kick you out unless it was just all in good fun

The majority of the Melee community has been around since the community was really small and a lot more informal, just a bunch of guys in somebody's basement playing smash, where everybody just said what they wanted (trash talk and what not). In my opinion this was Melee's golden years. Plus, most of the things they said they don't even mean. It's to hype up the game and for shits and giggles. So, people need to chill the fuck out...damn. They were right that in 2015, everyone gets offended lmaooo
Also, now that esports is rising means that commentators and TOs want to keep it a little more PG-rated, which newcomers are more adjusted to...I guess
