Awesome. As a volunteer in a rural county, I just have not had the opportunity to watch this "on scene". In training and in videos is the only time I actually have to improve my skills. I think, I pray, that when I do need those skills, your video will help me get that dash out of the way. Thanks.

Should also mention in between the seats, there may be metal straps hidden in the center console. They are usually located underneath the radio. They must be cut when performing this maneuver. Seen numerous times after going through all of that work and it doesn't budge. Amazing how those two metal straps impede the progress. This is my favorite maneuver in extrication. Beautifully illustrated

Brian Lena seen these on all of my cars when doing interior work. Mercedes added them when they began fitting passenger airbags.

Let me guess, it's help keep the ash from shifting when deploying an airbag.

don't forget the importance of cribbing under your lift, so the dash goes up instead of the floor pan going down.

What is inside the hose? Is that a hydraulic or air?

So this is using 2 spreaders in unison to roll the dash? How vital is timing on the opposite sides of the vehicle

Don't cut the frontshield A-post before the spreader is in place. When lifting the dash, spreader should be in line with the side of the car. Prevents the A post moving outwards. There are video's showing the proper technique.
