I really did not expect the raw sugar cube! Hahaha. My favourite was the potato wheels and kuih piring too, but I also remember twisties, seaweed, super ring, and spicy tapioca chips as really popular childhood snacks.
i find it so interesting even though there's no specific instructions on how one should eat these snacks, most of use all come to the same conclusion and eat in these oddly specific order/methods.
Dude the memories of my childhood keep popping up seeing every snack it's like those times of after school going to the mama shop to buy those snacks with friends is just so unforgettable man.... I'm tearing up Already HAHAHAA ❤❤❤❤. Happy National Day To Singapore and my fellow Country man ❤❤❤
for Lery one, yes I can relate. we used to do that as well. but I don't like the taste of haw flakes as a child. I'm more of a chocnut kid (Filipinos would know this one).
Wow, Polar Snack, Craze Hotties, Teddy Biscuits, Ice-Pop, Hello panda, Yan-Yan for rich kids. Those are great for hanging out after school or during recess . What about the Crispy Seasoned Seaweed? It used to be wrapped in blue Mountain logo packaging and sold for 10 cents for 2 small packs. Girls would separate it and eat each sheet individually.
I am surprised that nobody mentioned the Bee Bee snack. Used to eat it in class secretly. I would have an opened packet in my pocket and pretended to cough every time i ate it so that i can cover my mouth and eat some. The teachers must be wondering why this student always coughing 😂
Throughout the whole video I was going to”ohhhhhhh” because of all the nostalgia haha! It got me thinking what if ya’ll did a video for favourite childhood drink?
My childhood memories of snacks were those satay fish sticks, seaweed packs, toro and ding dang choc biscuits, hiro choc cake, chewing gum with tattoo paper, choki choc stick, kaka, hawflakes, pushpop and cool looking ear biscuits! 😂
isn't there two versions of the white rabbit? one that is the hard toffee and the other one is the white chewy with the edible paper. I always wanted the chewy one but sometimes I end up getting the hard one from the shop and it's disappointing.
I am still looking for the 90s peanut butter snack that comes with a ninja toy inside or the question mark black packaging. But hiro chocolate cake taste the best
I was looking for the red long potato stick that is savoury and spicy I forgot the name..no longer see it but found a similar one at donki..not the same though😂😂
I remember in the 90s there this chocolate egg drop biscuits same packaging like pola snack i forgot the name but my mum always buy with pola snack it discontinued in the early 2000 i think and in the 90s there is a biscuits in the canteen we call it 10 cent biscuits where one side chocolate on another side white inside cream always come in 4... memories just forget the name of the both item
To the girl who like the pills chocolate. Me too. Dun malu lah. The pola snack quality got bad over the years. Initially their prints are very clear one. Then the first drop is when the prints became crap. Then the taste itself is yuck. Now the old oil taste is so obvious. The cartwheel seasoning also changed to more yucky. Wangwang also changed. Especially now that sg import china version instead of japan/malaysia version. Only the da fa fish snack still same taste. I cant stop. Kueh piring also changed. Last time is really got different flavours one. Now just pure colouring.
Happy National Day everyone, enjoy the long weekend~ 🇸🇬

Oh yes I remember buying 10 for $1 and eating each pack differently - eat all at one go, eat separately, eat 1 then eat 2 etc 😂
WAS WAITING FOR KUIH PIRING (also didnt know it had an official name) YAY GLAD IT MADE IT INTO THE VIDEO!!!
I am surprised that nobody mentioned the Bee Bee snack. Used to eat it in class secretly. I would have an opened packet in my pocket and pretended to cough every time i ate it so that i can cover my mouth and eat some. The teachers must be wondering why this student always coughing 😂
