Im trying to get into eiting because i think it would be fun, im trying to figure out how to edit with paint tool sai but I dont know how to resize things I put in it and theres like no tools, I want a smudge tool in it, is there one? I know you have used paint tool sai before. I think.
I have never used Paint Tool SAI before, that's phoebe. But it should have a smudge tool, it's sometimes shown as a finger pointing down. I'm not sure
