- Buckskin Gulch is a famous long slot canyon that runs northwest to southeast, eventually ending in the confluence with the Paria River, which then runs down to the Colorado River at Lee's Ferry. I went point to point from the White House trailhead to the Wire Pass trailhead, then hitched a ride back, but many people backpack it. This is located south of Highway 89 between the towns of Kanab, UT and Page, AZ
Man! What’s up with all that people in Wirepass ? 😳 was that a weekend?
I went down Wirepass to Buckskin twice last year, first time there was a ladder, second time there was only a rope, the ladder was washed away.
I need to try the route you took in this video sometime soon seems a lot of fun 😎. Just need to work the logistics of getting back to my car 😬
this was Monday memorial day. should be able to find a ride back there are lots of cars in the wire pass lot
Awesome! You did it so fast! How long do you think it would take hiking at a moderate to fast pace? 7-8 hours?
yeah I think you could easily do it in 7-8 just walking at a good rate. I did it with a gf years ago in around 8 hours I think, and we had water to deal with
Really cool video - jealous. But, if you're going to complain about tourists then maybe don't take rides from them? Not a good look.
