hello Katie and Sydney, ,, thanks, , very good, ,, have a great day and week end, , ,,,8.30 a.m ,,, friday October 27' 2023, ,, Mario Prud'Homme from Chelsea Quebec Canada, , ,
very good fiddling and Rhythm guitar looks like a Gibson Hummingbird your playing, I usually play golden Slippers back to back with the western swing song Silver Belle both are great dancing songs, keep up your playing both of you have very good musical talent
I have a complaint. That was much to good to be so short! :-) I think that the composer stole the opening bar or to from the Cumbrian folk song and the regimental march of The Border Regiment. "De ye Ken John Peel". Quite a good "poach", as it sounds wistfully sweet with only a fiddle and guitar, well done.
This awesome stripped-down playthrough sounds fantastic and helped me learn the tune in just a few minutes. The only pity is the mansplaining face-police comments I see on here. Thanks so much for this!!
My guitar sir gave me the nites for this song back in 02/05/2016 Found thay nite again today and straight up hopped on the internet to listen as to gow ut sounds like!
Very enjoyable. USA.

Are you two twins? There's a pair of twins Katie & Corie that play the same instruments. Just curious.
