DECIDING TO BUY A NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME| PORT SAINT LUCIE🌞 FLORIDA

We have been on a journey to buy a house (2021) in Port Saint Lucie Florida with little to no success. We've been beat out mainly by cash buyers. During our first couple of visits to Port Saint Lucie we looked at several houses that were descent, but we just didn't feel compelled to place a offer. I have come to the conclusion that buying retail in this market is not working for us. As a Military Veteran using my VA loan to buy a new construction home is the choice that I have made.
