I’m salty they didn’t just get the American voice actors to do it at the time, they prolly would’ve done it for peanuts for fun someone just wanted to cut corners for no acceptable reason and God will judge them.

@@trueneese8080 haha I wouldn't go that far to feel any sort of anger towards whoever had the say on the matter during the development of the game (being "salty" is not the same as hate) but regardless I'm hopeful someday some1 will make at least a fan translation of the text of the game. The original JP VA isn't bad.

Pfff could you imagine a fan-based redubbing with the same english VA after all these years? That would be unbelievable, but it definately needs english subtitles

While it’s not possible for the original vas to do this, if someone cool enough to sub AND dub it with AI voice, that would be amazing. It’s totally possible too, but I’d say to wait awhile for the AI Voices to get better lol.

today fromsoftware could make a proper Cowboy Bebop game. 12 "chapters" written by Michiko Yokote and Dai Satō; since Keiko Nobumoto died in 2021. could get sweet one on one fights and fast paced air and space battles.

I was just watching the bonuses on the blu ray and there's a mention of an English dub made for the game but never used. If that answers any of the questions about a dub

The beat em up portion seems fine although its very generic and basic. The shooter portion though, seems awful. The only good part that held everything together is the art.
