Days 1,2 and 3 he was worried but his drive to please me kept him trying. By days 4 and 5 he was having fun and confident the lake wasn't going to swallow us up. My sweet boy.

@LifestyleCoachingWithDonna I have to laugh, you should have seen me trying to teach him on an agility course. Mary was with us teaching her little Rider. He took to it right away and flew thru the course. RJ was a total Scooby-Doo. No way was he climbing the dangerous ramp. He was willing to follow me into the tube but panicked half way in clamored on top of me and we got wedged in and stuck. Mary was dying laughing as she peered in at us. I was laughing to the point of tears. Obviously the agilitity course wasn't his thing. But I'll give him credit for being happy to learn and mastering swimming. He does love water play just never had his paws lose touch with the ground before. Floating the lake on the paddleboard was pure bliss for both of us from the start. Our new thing.

I had 3 litters of pups to choose from, RJ's litter was 8 weeks old, this breeder wouldn't release his pups till they were 10 weeks. RJ latched onto me, the choice had been made. Had to leave him for 2 weeks. His reaction when I came back, priceless, I'd won the lottery when it comes to dogs. All he's ever wanted is to please me and be my shadow. Best partner ever! 💖🐾

RJ took to the water and paddleboard well. Just north of you is Marshall lake, very small and probably almost dry this time of year but amazing view when you see it. Just a bit south is kinnickinic lake. About 12 miles in on a bumpy road. Small campground is closed, day use now, but boondocking areas all around. Rancher built a small dam for his cattle to create the lake, very large pond. Where you're at is my favorite part of AZ. Over to the "Rim" area. Take care

I’m going to try and watch the whole video so I can find out where this is however I had double surgery today The dr moved my paralyzed right vocal cord (from covid 2 1/2 years ago) and fixed my deviated septum also SO PAINFUL the nurse gave me daladid in my iv and crushed a Percocet in a tiny bit of applesauce and it didn’t even Touch the pain 1 bit! 🤗❤️🙏🏼👼🏼😍😎 Much Love to you RJ & Mary if she’s still there and her furbaby also WOW RJ Is Such A Good Swimmer!m 🐶😍 Good Job Boi!!

I've never been on a paddle board but it looks really fun. RJ did amazing swimming on his own. What an athlete he is!
