Just mix it just enough para macombine all the wet and dry. as you rest it kasi mag bubuild up pa yan ng glutenc. para hnd matigas ung dough, and less resistant pag niroroll out. ❤

Hi Ninong Ry avid fan here. Pinakamahirap talaga lutuin ang beef wellington at marami munang mistake bago mo maperfect lalo na yung pastry bukod sa mahal ang mga ing. Naamazed ako sa mga bali at twist ng recipe mo pra maging pinoy pa din ang lasa and parang ang sarap ng finish product mo ( sana makatikim hehehe ). Napansin ko lng sa resting after kunin sa oven siguro much better sa rack ilagay pra hindi mababad ng sabaw ang pastry sa ilalim para iwas soggy. Pero still looks appetizing pa din naman. Looking forward for more recipe. Btw nice set up ng camp car love it!

Ninong Ry, may napansin lang po ako dito kasi sa Germany (basically europe) meron dito na butter na kung saan ginagamit na pamahid sa tinapay talaga at may iba naman naman mas matigas po meron din iba e iba't ibang milk acid content din po. Sa Pinas po kasi di ako sure pero halos lahat parang pamahid sa tinapay. Example: Anchor so mabilis siya matunaw. Baka may iba tayong butter na local. Haka lang po :)

Kung tama pagkakatanda ko, since acid denatures protein kung baga parang sa kilawin naluluto yung term, lumiliit yung chemical structure ng protein so mas nagoover develop yung resistance ng gluten kaya nahihirapan na magmasa si ninong ry. Practical na comparison is yung alambre na aa kung saan saan na naitali. Yung alambre nagrerepresent ng protein structure, yung lukot na version ng alambre ay yung nagreact na sa acid.. mas mahirap manipulahin yung lukot na alambre kasi lumalaban dahil sa mga lukot. Hi Ninong Ry avid fan here. Pinakamahirap talaga lutuin ang beef wellington at marami munang mistake bago mo maperfect lalo na yung pastry bukod sa mahal ang mga ing. Naamazed ako sa mga bali at twist ng recipe mo pra maging pinoy pa din ang lasa and parang ang sarap ng finish product mo ( sana makatikim hehehe ). Napansin ko lng sa resting after kunin sa oven siguro much better sa rack ilagay pra hindi mababad ng sabaw ang pastry sa ilalim para iwas soggy. Pero still looks appetizing pa din naman. Looking forward for more recipe. Btw nice set up ng camp car love it!

Ninong Ry, may napansin lang po ako dito kasi sa Germany (basically europe) meron dito na butter na kung saan ginagamit na pamahid sa tinapay talaga at may iba naman naman mas matigas po meron din iba e iba't ibang milk acid content din po.
Sa Pinas po kasi di ako sure pero halos lahat parang pamahid sa tinapay. Example: Anchor so mabilis siya matunaw. Baka may iba tayong butter na local. Haka lang po :)

Gusto kong sabihin na naka gawa na ako ng Beef wellington pero ibang dough kase ginamit ko.😅 Pizza Dough na pinortion ko at minasa ko ulet para lagyan ng butter yung kalahate, tapos bacon ginamit kong pambalot sa beef. Maganda naman yung naging resulta pero welldone yung karne at ibang iba talaga sa natikman ko noon.

The pastry is thick pero sobrang galing ni ninong ry kasi as firstimer at di sanay sa baking talagang sobrang nakakahanga at saka si ninong ry makikita mo kung gaano sya kapassionate sa ginagawa nya
Kung tama pagkakatanda ko, since acid denatures protein kung baga parang sa kilawin naluluto yung term, lumiliit yung chemical structure ng protein so mas nagoover develop yung resistance ng gluten kaya nahihirapan na magmasa si ninong ry. Practical na comparison is yung alambre na aa kung saan saan na naitali. Yung alambre nagrerepresent ng protein structure, yung lukot na version ng alambre ay yung nagreact na sa acid.. mas mahirap manipulahin yung lukot na alambre kasi lumalaban dahil sa mga lukot. Sa ibang foodtech po na kakatapos loang ang licensure baka meron pwede magconfirm nung analysis ko 😊
