Currently working on prepping it for a group. So far I like the story. Consistent character motivation throughout with rival holds constantly causing crises and Tar-Baphon's menacing presence in the background. I'm making minor changes to deal with poor editing or to smoothe out some of Paizo's increasing over-use of subsystems. A small thing that can really help the whole campaign is putting some of the villains from other holds (especially the Book 1 and Book 3 villains) in the Torrentmoot. It's a perfect opportunity for interaction with the BBEG with no danger of a too-early combat encounter.
I guess the significance/importance of the skill check probably plays a role in the recommendations. Having an orc lover/SO/adoptive family in Belkzen also works for non-orcs, but I'd still recommend players go orc
I am currently heading into book two. Went hobgoblin fighter/knight reclaimant, backstory is from lastwall sent as an emissary to foster a relationship to deal with Tar Baphon
@@palex313 Will you find a sufficient in-character motivation to stick around after book 2 starts, or rather, why would your character not go back to lastwall to report back? Just curious!
Love the thumbnail. That's amazing.
Great content!

Great ideas! Thanks for sharing!
Might play later down the line. Thanks for the rundown. Prepping Wardens of the Wildwood currently.
Great review! Keep these up!
Looks fun. Maybe I'll get to play it someday. 😉
I am going to pull a carrot from Discworld, and make a human who was raised by orcs and legitimately thinks they are an orc.

@@CrusherEAGLE Oh he isn't going anywhere till the mission is through.
I love chase scenes!
My feelings were hurt by the on screen captions in this video
I’m glad you spotted it Jack!
Cant think of an adventure path 2e has released i am less interested in than in one focused on 2e's neutered orcs.
