Do you need to make your images 1:1 before uploading them to be SEO optimized and better looking? Or is there is a plugin that can add white background and center them even when uploaded in different dimensions? Also i love your videos! They helped me a lot!

No need to make your images 1:1 before uploading. You can use a plugin like "Regenerate Thumbnails" to handle image resizing and centering. Another option is "WP Smush" which optimizes images for SEO.
