@TheCraftyDIYGuy, Thank you for the idea and for sharing it! You are a LIFESAVER! You have no idea how long I have wanted an apothecary chest. I just LOVE it ... I am thinking of lots of embellishments to make it m own way and style. Just so excited about the prospects!
I did a 4x4 and added legs to it and chalkboard signs instead of handles. I labeled it with the names of spices, but now I'm thinking about filling it with washi tape!
This is a great idea and thank you for introducing us to The Crafty DIY Guy! it almost breaks my heart when I see all these wonderful ideas with Dollar Tree finds and then I go and discover that our Dollar Trees don't have the same items in stock. I don't like to order from them online because you have to buy so many and you can't examine the items to pick the best of the lot. We live in a very small, rural area and we are blessed to have two Dollar Trees within a 13 mile radius - but they could stand to expand since so many folks here are on a fixed income.
I'm glad you at least have one close by!!!! The one closest to me is horrible. LOL I have to drive to one much farther away to get anything good. Hope they have everything you want the next time you go. 💛

I've been subscribed to Jamie's channel for a while. He's quite the character! I love hiw he's ALWAYS thinking of others before himself. He seems like a real stand up guy. You can still use the screws that came with the pulls even if they are protruding into the drawer. They are small enough, if you pre-drill your holes and use a fine-ish metal file (or course sandpaper 80-120 grit) you can file down the sharp point on your screws. After you attach them. Add a dot of hot glue to the point end of each screw! TYFS Norrine!!! 💘💘💘

It's a wonderful project. I have been looking for an alternative storage to plastic containers that doesn't cost a fortune.Your voice is so calming and you explain everything. You are an excellent demonstrator. Well done.
Super craft! I like it. I would use it for small things....washy... small sets of beads... small hardware. I could definitely use something like this. 🌼🤩🌼
I love this! I’m going to make this for teabags. Our teabags are in the original boxes and take up a whole kitchen cabinet shelf. This is going to be so much better
i was working on this very project and then I turned on your channel. I was going to make mine three boxes wide and four boxes high and paint them white. I am a label person and I am also a "feet" person, meaning I like to glue 1" wood finials on the bottom of my projects. To me, it is that one extra touch that finishes a project off. I bought my pulls from Amazon, the very ones Jamie suggested. On the bottom row, I will put paper clips, binders, push pins--that short of thing. Then, I will add beads, embellishments, etc. I might randomly pull out 3 staggered drawers and add a small succulent for added interest. I will just to have to see how that last idea looks. Thank you. I watched your video last night about depression. I have my green, yellow and pink pens ready to go. I appreciate you in so many ways. Barbara in Dallas
Hi, Barbara! I love your succulent peeking out idea!!! How cute!!! Do you watch the Posh Paper Lady?? She uses these adorable little feet on many of her projects. You are right - it just finishes things off!!!!! I am so glad you have your color papers ready to go - Consider me your personal cheerleader and giver of suggestions if you need anything! 💜
OMGosh! What a wonderful idea!! I am going to make one as part of my granddaughter's Christmas gift for her bathroom!! Thank you so much for a wonderful idea!!
LOVE!!♥️👍🏻 I have a balsa drawer unit that is 3 drawers together, and they have little finger holes that I wasn't fond of. I'm glad I haven't done anything with it yet. Wheels are turning inside my skull.🤔 Thanks as always.🙂
I’m just now discovering this channel. And so far this is my very favorite project. I can’t wait to try it. I’m thinking of painting the front of the boxes in different vintage colors, like mustard yellow, aqua, brick red, …kinda tertiary colors, I guess to be exact. I love the hardware and the fact that these can actually be labeled. I have lots of beads, embroidery thread, and various craft embellishments. But I am also thinking little jars or bags of spices, tea, and Keurig cups, if I had a Keurig coffee maker! Glad to have found you!
I'm so glad you found me too!!!!! I'm happy to have you here. Yes!!!!! Do that with the colors and send me pictures when you are done!!!! I'd love to see it!!!!
Waayyy too cute! Yes, this is severely re-creatable!! Dollar story here I come!! TYFS my dear. ❤☀️🌵 MK. And thanks and God bless your socks off for including us in your new schedule. You really, really do brighten my day.
I love this. Such a great idea for my sewing room. Maybe put a piece of heavy card stock to cover the small opening so things wouldn’t fall out. I’m thinking storing sewing clips for one thing.
Beautiful! I bought the boxes yesterday, for tea bag storage. I love your hardware but I decided to save a few pennies and bought the bag of small square blocks and the little blackboards. The blackboard fits over the cutout and label the various teas and the blocks serve as a handle. Total cost $13 (not counting my on-hand glue and stain).
Great idea!! I'd love to see how they turn out!!!! You can share pictures to my Call Clutter Fairy Group page on Facebook: facebook.com/groups/730125317461615/

Love this one! Not sure how I'm going to use it. Maybe jewelry organizer (done in stain colors to match my bedroom). Maybe craft organization for small bits and bobs. Oh better yet this would be great for die cuts of sentiments I use when card making? Each drawer could house the same sentiment from different papers!
