I dont advise people hustling to start by going the somewhat illegal way. A country is not accepted and you qantbto go through the back door.
Look for otjer money making ways like UA-cam instead of doing something that may lead you astray.
Uour country is doubted and you are making the doubted and not allowed and you are making them have more eeasons to doubt you.

When I give full access to the person abroad can I also have full access?
Then when I give that person access can I also post or maybe that person is the only one to post?
But which one is better, leting the person from abroad creating the page from scratch or using the already existing page from an ineligible country?
Create your page and add an admin. It gives you more control

If we are not yet eligible why did they unlock my instream ad to be monitized

Thanks sister this is so helpful, but please can you throw more light on managing someone else’s account. Like now someone added me as an admin on his facebook so as to help in monetising the account but I don’t know how to go about it

@@victoriamadu6103once the person is qualified, you just need to set it up using your tax info, isn't that too complicated.
Check from the dashboard if the person is Eligible for the criterias

Pls be careful of who to make your admin in abroad o so that the person will not go and sign you out . Make sure your agreement is legal
