Her screen name "REGINE' was actually Martin's idea! And now decades later, that simple probinsyana girl named "Chona" is the QUEEN OF PHILIPPINE MUSIC! And regine is so grateful and humble even with massive success and awards. She is truly an inspiration to all aspiring pinoy singer

love me I watched the 2nd night of Martin and Regine 2003 World Concert Tour in Araneta Coliseum and that was my very first concert experience. These two gives so much respect to each other. Regine considers Martin and Pops her discoverers while Martin have so much love and adoration to Regine even if she’s younger, they really recognize her contribution to Philippine Music Industry and accepts the fact that she has surpassed them and that she’s the greatest in the Philippines.

Regine's singing prowess is once again at it's peak. For a while I thought she has deteriorated... but she slowly but surely soared back up like what she is .... a songbird. Many can argue, for sure there are a lot of new comers who belt really flawlessly as well but Regine always tell a story when she holds that mic and NO ONE COMES CLOSE.
Regine Velasquez is superb, I was speechless.
Even with migraine, acid reflux and now ruptured vein in her left eye still she's UNSTOPPABLE! Way to go Queen! That's why you're a LEGEND!
