I was really surprised, but a nice surprise! I really needed this tonight. I was really being triggered by childhood traumas and I was closing off and withdrawing into myself. I was starting to get depressed. Again, you must be a mind reader. I was full of negative thoughts. You really are amazing !! You make me smile!!

I'm so sorry! I have pretty bad PTSD from childhood trauma as well. (That & addiction recovery brought me to find Anna & Lune Innate's reiki energy work videos.) You're not alone. Never will be. @@sunshinegarden21 thank you. Those are very kind words. Anna has helped me a ton!! I just hit 6 months of sobriety. I go to AA and NA. I really like the NA meetings better. It’s a different group. It’s younger and more up best. The struggles are shared and we really help each other. I had a real traumatic childhood and then nothing but traumas for the rest of my life.

I recently transcended the twin flame connection. Not all twins can be romantic and the more we saw each other the more challenging it became. I shall spare you the full details but suffice to say whilst we are very similar there are some major differences that have driven us apart for now at least. So there was some negativity floating around. I sustained an injury and withdrew from depakote on top of us having a huge row. So really needed to hear this. I soon went into a deep trance. You're a natural! Look forward to connecting further here.
I was watching stranger things on Netflix and it really triggered me. I had a lot of serious trauma from my childhood. Your positivity really helped.

Hi Anna! The road trip went so well! There were a few hiccups with the weather and a flat tire, but otherwise it went according to plan. I'm settling into my new place and my new job, and tbh I've never felt so fresh and assured. I'm in a great state (of mind and in the US!)

I apologise, but at the same time I am feeling shame, but even more I feel guilt. This is something that is stuck deep into me, it feels like that. Hallo Reiki, did you find the minerals in nature or did you buy them in the shop? I think minerals which you find personally in nature are more charge with positive energy :) ... but I am not an expert... but I was thinking, that minerals from shop were touched many times by another people and so they lost a lot from they original energy
