    Customer Journey Analytics using Neo4j Graph Platform
    Today we live in a highly connected world where customers have several touchpoints to interact with the service or product providers. Customer journey represents every customer engagement with a service or product provider. Enabling the customer journey puts the organisation directly in the consumer's mind, so they can see and understand their customer's lifecycle, needs, and perceptions.
    In this session, we aim to show customer journey in action and:
    1. Introduce Neo4j and the concept of graph
    2. Model, structure and represent customer journey in Neo4j
    3. Visualise and influence customers' journeys using a trigger event model
    Bio:
    Andrew Conacher is 34 year veteran of the IT industry and holds a Master of Information Management & Systems from Monash University. Andrew has spent the majority of his career in the data space, working in data integration, databases and business intelligence, Andrew has worked at organisations such as Hyperion, IBM New Relic and now Neo4j. In his career, Andrew has worked with many businesses including Telstra, Service NSW, NBN, Petronas and ANZ Bank.
