Id like to see it with an off-road weel package.. its my biggest hesitation and probably why im ginna go with the volunteer as i really need some larger wheels .. also im curious why no smoke chamber ?? Most of the others out there in this size and price range all have some sort of smoke chamber or what ever on the stack side ?? Was there a reason for just going straight from the cook surfface to the stack ?? Or was it just to try to keep the cost down as much as possible??

I'm pretty sure you'd be okay you just couldn't sell them if they had it patented..but that's if they even have it patented.. but just to use for your personal use you can do what ever you want ..
I would really like to see a hinged stack. That way I can cover the pit from the elements. With the design currently I can only cover the pit and firebox.
I have both RF and a Goldees style offset. The main advantages would be: - Air flow, it is much quicker than RF and creates better bark. - No radiant heat so better fat render. - Fuel consumption seems slightly better to me. - End for end temperatures are just as good. - I think this design will kill off reverse flows once it catches on but the RF is still a great cooker but definitely gives off more radiant heat which can be desirable on some cooks.
