Your fused fabric scraps from the Scan N Cut gave me the idea to use them. My son is drawing an elephant on a 20 inch piece of fabric. Emma, my special needs granddaughter will cut the scraps up and place them in the elephant. I will do the pressing of them on. She is so excited to be sewing. I will post a picture when she has finished the project. This could take a while. Becky, seeing you squish the scraps up gave me this idea. Yay. Take care. Blessings to you and your family.

I started the DBJJ Go Sew Something Mini Quilt today. Will finish it tomorrow….cuz I trimmed what I shouldn’t have and had to start over. Sometimes I am such a goob!

I make dog beds with the scraps of fabric and donate the beds to our local animal shelter.

When floating in the hoop is it ok to use temp spray baste to hold your fabric to the stabilizer?

On cutting the e on scan and cut, did you mean group the two parts of the e or weld the parts?

Grouping turns them into one object with two parts. Welding will make the center of the E absorb into the outline of the outer part and it will disappear.

Can you use the Scan n Cut for other machines than Brother?

Yes! Absolutely. :) You can cut any paper pattern pieces and then stitch them down with any machine. :)
