I think Kat needs to do the right thing. And that would be to tell Tommy that his father is Michael Moon, but Alfie is his dad and loves him very much and has been his dad since Michael died.
I have to admit I never thought Scarlett would turn out to be the total opposite of Janine. I can understand why Tommy wants to have her stay in their house but all the same it does need to be done properly through legal channels. And I also imagine that Kat is going to find it even harder to tell him that his real dad was Michael Moon.

@jan goslin yeah that's true. But Kat's estranged husband Alfie Moon was the one who raised Tommy as his own. So Tommy still believes that Michael 's cousin Alfie is his dad & he doesn't know Scarlett is actually his half-sister, not his cousin. Kat needs to be brave & tell Tommy the truth one day.
I think she’s telling the ( to a degree) truth I do remember when Scarlett was a year old Janine struggled to look after her and before that she left her with Michael Xx

Scarlett seems a really nice young girl, complete opposite of her wicked horrible mum Janine. And we find out she's been living with 10 different foster families & is in care. Might have known that horrible Janine didn't have a maternal bone in her wicked body. Some people don't deverse to have kids. Janine never changes. So selfish & only cares about herself. Some mother! @Martin White. BBC has a lot more Government influence than other channels. Have you not notice the level of social distancing in every scene of EastEnders compared to programs on other channels?. It's not so easy to make interesting storylines when no one can have any physical contact at all.
I can see the future storyline already Scarlett and Tommy will have a relationship in the future like they tried to do with Mark jnr and Courtney, soaps are so predictable these days
