I didn’t know this is still happening, I remember this happening around December for a week or two but never encountered it since they “fixed” it
Yeah diff, I got this game from my son we preordered the biggest version or w e you could get all the downloads etc. cause me and my son have enjoyed mortal kombat together for a long time so we really looked forward to this. Well same thing happened to us basically but from the day the game launched we could not access any online play at all whatsoever until march or this year. For a half of a year we could not play, missed out on all the season rewards etc. I contacted EVERYONE, NRS, Sony, WB, emails and phone calls, no one helped no gave any tech support at all we did all the trouble shooting, everything re installed, nothing worked. They wouldn’t even refund me and I felt like I had really been robbed like we bought a product over a 100 dollars spent and didn’t have access to the product. It really just felt like they stole my money and there was just nothing I could do about it. They literally just kept telling me for 6 MONTHS keep an eye out for updates, bug fixes, and patches. One day early in march it just worked and haven’t had an issue yet. I still felt like I deserved my refund tho. Which they told me I had the game for to long even tho it didn’t work.. yeah their is something else going on behind the scene with this game that should have every gamer worried. And we should be protected from things like this as customers but I guess we’re not. Believe me I tried to do something about it I have a 1000 emails to prove it
It’s the Wb account. That happened to me. You have to make sure it’s the Wb account with your main account
Ive seen that user license agreement too it pops up all the time. Plus i have had two trophies since launch that havent unlocked after completing both 50 percent story mode completion trophy and 100 percent story mode completion trophy glitched and bugged and no matter how many times i post wb threads they havent replied with a fix date. The game seems like alot of people are having issues and hopefully wb fixes all of them

I have PS5 and Xbox, I like Xbox better but I wasn’t able to play for months! My PS5 is being work perfectly!

I'm late but I had this problem whenever I bought all of it all you have to do is swap to your alt, get into online through your alt then swap back to your main then sign out of your alt then it'll let you play online (even though I don't have Xbox live)
I have been having this problem and its either I can't log in or krossplay doesnt work
I always have to accept the user licence but after a bit it connects to the internet.
It must be frustrating for sure 😒 hopefully they fix the issue..

I know how to fix it because it happens to me almost every single day click it and wait for it to load and then when it says it failed click it again and then it should work that works for me most of the time then it lets you go online you will have to turn back on your social stuff for crossplay
I thought that this problem exists only in our country because Iran is sanctioned by Microsoft and we have a lot of problems to play online.. We had this problem for three seasons in Mortal Kombat and I almost gave up on Mortal Kombat.

On Xbox you need to u install all dlc, you will have access to them but it loooks like Xbox is checking alll licences, trust me

Yeah I’ve only had this happen to me once and the only difference I can think of is I make sure the dlc is downloaded onto the console itself and yes I do have my wbgames account connected so 🤷♂️

This also happens to me on Xbox but when I log in I go straight to practice mode to warm up and then jump into KL maybe that's a workaround 🤷🏾♂️
Damn diff… that sucks man! I haven’t had any problems like this at all. With each update there will be a short period where it’s flashing the “end user license agreement” deal. For a time or two. It then works. I’m sure they’ll fix it tomorrow buddy. I get why you’re pissed though. All your data is logged and will come back I’m sure.
I've have this same problem. I try to open the in game store when it happens and that usually fixes it. If not I close the game and try again. I feel like it may be more consistent but you can let me know how it works for you.
Damn bro sorry your going through that. I had that problem for a bit I restarted my internet just in case. Have you tried submitting a ticket to WB support? But also I noticed once it becomes night time for me the servers become laggy so that’s when I just get off. Don’t know if that’s happen to anyone else
I know it has nothing to do with it and I'm sorry this happened to you but I also want to complain and the thing is that the game on my Series S does not load the textures of the fire effects of the Kameos and the scenarios it only gives me png backgrounds since the last Mavado Patch

At least it does the agreement for you, everysingle time that i try to sign in on my account it always says that i am already singed in and the only way i can play is if i reset my xbox, this happens on MK 1 and Apex for me constantly and it is very annoying
