We find that battery usage may vary depending on the brand and type of battery used. We recommend the use of lithium batteries in the MiniMed 770G system and found that with nominal pump usage the battery can be expected to last at least 7 days.

If you download the minimed mobile app, it tells you at the top how long til you need to calibrate, and how many days/hours left on your sensor, before you need to replace. I've only had mine a week so far (1st sensor change is today), but I've found the app to be extremely useful
its an absolute nightmare, would not recommend, try and avoid medtronic, ive had a very bad experience with the guardian 3 sensor over the 3 years i've used it. get a t-slim!
Ask Your Doctor or insurance to get You FreeLibre 14 days. Your still can measure your glucose levels with this sensor and insert to the machine. Thats what i do. I havent even tried yet the sensor cuz i read bad reviews
Agree the sensors could be much better and last longer than 7 days. Not sure if this is a money issue as in they make more money by selling more supplies if it only last 7 days vice 14 or a month. I say if it is the money issue raise the price a little and make the sensor last a lot longer. :-)
Why is my sensor charging port flashing red. Does any one know ? Does that mean I need new batteries in the sensor charging port I really don’t know cause I saw it flashing green to so bit confused
We know it may seem like a lot, but we wanted to make sure we give the best-detailed explanations to set up our new users for success. We do have Medtronic Ambassadors who wear our devices, that would be happy to answer any questions you have and can be reached at bit.ly/1wdUET1

I need to find out what I am doing wrong. My sensor is not working for the seven days that it should.
Unfortunately this can happen. If it does call Minimed for a replacement sensor. They are supposed to last 7 days.
