Run rotary cutter over "unusable" scraps, bits of thread/yarn, trim frm Over-Lockers; even LINT! Use to fill homemade plush toys. Aussie UA-camr, Annika Victoria does this in an older video. April Yang (UA-cam handle coolirpa) also cut up ONE Sweater to make SEVEN items: Hair Bow, Sleep Mask, Beanie (wth kitten ears), Mittens, Socks, Christmas Tree Ornament (filled wth remaining "unusable" scraps). She even made a Barbie Doll Sweater! That last one is just too sweet!
