I like the Peter Parker theory because Marvel could just say "Sure!" The kid is never named and the ages just happen to match up. It's cool and fun and it doesn't actually matter.
KingLazy Which is why dumbledore wanted to die. He needed to help Xavier so he killed magneto then took his identity. Which is why he turns good in days of future past.
+WhateverReally whatever you think really, but what makes a show great nowadays is planting leads in everywhere plus foreshadowing, and constantly connecting new scenes with old definitely make the universe as a whole more complete and realistic, proving the case that even each and every film is done by different directors but the gap will be filled to be as little as none
+game nerd for sure, we understand. We just meant in particular the theory of him being an Iraq get with PTSD. The way it was stated in the video they made it sound like a really Popular theory, yet we had never heard a single person mention that theory haha. Sorry for not being specific.
1:53 The Prestige, you see the corridor of drowned Angiers in the last scene...the scene shown at 2:08 In addition, Angier confesses to Albert Borden how hard it was to climb into the machine, not knowing if he'd be the one "in the box, or in the Prestige".
now that I think about it, Peter could have equipped his Iron Man toy with some sort of technology that possibly could have disabled the robot temporarily. He just didn't have enough time to use it. The staring may not have been in admiration but instead a, "I could have showed him my work. I can do better" stare.
There is no words to say how much I want Snoke to be Jar Jar.. The wave of rage on the internet would be even grander than the NuGhostbusters debacle. There could literally be jobs lost over it, it could be a sight to be behold.
My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this video gave me cancer anyway
Inception theory is ok, but at the end of the Prestige you actually see all the drowned clones of Hugh Jackman, so I'm not sure how that theory works at all?
the one about the prestige couldnt possibly be true because at the end you see a whole row of tanks each with a clone inside drowned. must have been at least 20 dead angiers.
Death Mongrel Force Awakens is my favourite, but the original trilogy is amazing! Yes, the quality isn't as good but that's only because of the time they were made in.
+148MrSam quality ain't my problem, I mostly like older movies, it's just that Star Wars never actually appealed to me plus, the original trilogy had a slow pace while the prequels were faster paced and force awakens had better action.
That's dumb at the end of the prestige it shows a bunch of water tanks with bodies in them, the very last scene shows that it was his clones. If it wasn't a clone that would defeat the purpose of the entire movie. He even explains it at the end. He didn't know if he was going to bethel one that drowns or appears on the other side. That was his sacrifice to become the best magician.
Let them blow their smoke. I haven't read everything yet, but it is my understanding that there are never more than one Sith Lord and one apprentice. Palpatine has an apprentice, so it's all poohockey. Don't sweat it.
***** It was Sidious and Maul, then it was Sidious and Vader. I don't see how Vader broke the rule of two. Sidious wanted Luke to kill him or Vader to finish turning and he didn't care which. What did I miss?
The one about Emoly being Andy's one makes sense as in the flashback scenes, the setting looks quite old and everything. And the one about Iron Man 2 Peter is also very possible, though I've definitely seen that theory before, but it's great to see it be gone into more detail
The Dark Knight Rises is a remake, meaning joker would stick to his original backstory (the backstory from the comics) that he was a mobster (why he uses multiple weapons) that was betrayed by his gang (why he kills them after the job is done) who turned him over to batman (generating his hate towards the dark knight). Batman threw him into a vat of chemicals, disfiguring his face, messing with his mind, and turning his hair green. He wears makeup to hide his disfigurements and show off his bad face lift (causing his constant smile).
The Joker has been treated with neuroleptics (older antipsychotics) over a considerable time. If you pay attention throughout the film, you'll notice several instances where he makes bizarre movements with his mouth and tongue: this is called tardive dyskinesia, a side effect of long-term antipsychotic use.
The Toy Story toys can only move when no one is looking at them. They are also (essentially) immortal. However, they do need repairs now and then. Over time, their original parts were completely replaced, and they are now Doctor Who's Weeping Angels.
My favorite *Titanic*-time-travel item isn't actually in the film at all. I pointed out a person wearing a shirt printed, "RMS TITANIC -- CREW" to my kids, and explained that in 1912, a T-shirt* was considered underwear,** and people would puzzle over it, wondering what the point was of putting lettering on something no-one would see. *I also pointed out that an undershirt with sleeves was virtually unknown before World War Two. **As was a button-down shirt worn without a vest and jacket. It was considered vulgar if not indecent to be seen outdoors *in your shirtsleeves*.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Okay considering I was 17 at the time and wasn't the deepest of thinkers of our time. My mind has been blown. Totally conceivable that Ferris is the Tyler Durden that Cameron needed.
My favorite fan theory is that The Matrix is the end result of The Terminator where after starting to lose the war the Resistance uses the remainder of their resources to scorch the sky and go into hiding near the earths core. After a while they start to repopulate and so Skynet devises a way to grow her own people in order to convert them into energy for her killer machines now that she can't use the sun, wind, or other energy making resources anymore. That's my favorite fan theory.
Obviously the Iron Man 2 one wouldn't be put in before Marvel had Spider-Man's rights, but that could be adapted into the Spider-Man movie or storyline.
I really liked it as well, I just think people expected something at the level of the Lord of the Rings movies. A lot of people also compared it to the Hobbit book, although even the LotR movies couldn't stand up to Tolkien's works.
The Spider-Man theory doesn't change anything really. And there's no evidence behind it. I don't see what's the big deal about it. So what if he was some kid in iron man 2 we saw for a couple of seconds.
The story of the joker will always remain a mystery. He never really does have a back story because he keeps changing it. The truth is whatever happened to him is that he's forgotten his story.
The Mighty Derpachu Show yeah, I feel like, with the Joker, if they were to make a back story like that for him he probably would have been left for dead or something. Maybe even experimented on or tortured which made him crazy.
I personally believe the Star Wars theory where Palpatine was stealing the life force out of Padme to save Vader, killing her, is pretty believable (well, compared to Darth Jar Jar). He did talk about that "influencing midichlorians" Sith trick earlier in the film, so it would kinda make sense in my opinion.
you. you are what is wrong with this world. Jar Jar was a waste of space in the prequel trilogy. he did nothing at all and only got the protagonists in trouble.
+Konos P Just look up Infinity War release dates, literally everyone and their mom is saying that it's coming out in 2018, not only that, but the directors confirmed it themselves, AND it will be ten years from now for infinity war part 2 too come out.
If I recall correctly, the Joker being a soldier with PTSD isn't a fan theory, but an idea floated around by the people involved in the creation of the film. Don't mistake it for canon, because it's never been confirmed or mentioned in movie. But it's not a fan theory (unless someone has contradictory information?)
I don't know why every hates Jar Jar, personally one of my favorite characters from star wars, and if he is indeed a sith lord, that's just gonna make me like him even more.
Lord of the rings was three books, and three movies. They left out a tonne of details. In the hobbit, they made three movies for one book, and kept most of the details in. It's not a bad thing they actually told the story properly. "Bilbo spicing his adventure up." C'mon guys. Really?
another theory ive read is jack Dawson is the Great Gatsby. i believe the age lines up (im not sure but i think so) with the years from the Titanic and when TGG takes place. Jack doesnt actually die, he moves away, becomes super rich and renames himself Gatsby. again, i could be wrong about the ages being lined up but its a theory that ive read before
The Darth Jar Jar Theory as it is called among Star Wars fans is actually easily proven wrong. If Jar Jar Binks was a Sith Lord, Darth Sideous would see him as a rival and have him killed off during the events of the Jedi Purge. Sideous would not want anyone who can challenge his authority to be around and left alive.
You know, I am now starting to think jar jar binks may be a sith. He gives emergency powers to Palpatine, moves his hands around whenever he fights, and him doing terrible on the battle field taking down enemies on accident is actually just jar jar doing it on purpose to make him not look like a threat. That may also be why he wants to go with Qui Gon Jin and Obi Wan after saving him, he wanted to infiltrate the republic. Anybody agree?
The jar jar bunks theory was confirmed by a member of lucasfilm who said that jar jar was originally gonna be revealed in attack of the clones to be farther plageus but was scrapped because of the low popularity with jar jar and thought it would ruin the trilogy.
The Darth Jar Jar theory is true, but after the huge backlash from the audience he had to change it. A shame really since he let people sway his mind on what could've been a great prequel storyline, but I do like Count Dooku.
I like the Peter Parker theory because Marvel could just say "Sure!" The kid is never named and the ages just happen to match up. It's cool and fun and it doesn't actually matter.
I don't think the ages line up that much captain America CW isn't 10 years later than iron man 2 is it?
the kid looks to be about 8-9. Spiderman is said to be about 15. Iron Man 2 was 6 years ago. 9+6 = 15
***** that kid couldn't be older than 7 and i thought spiderman was 16
+Vaughan Bunt Read carefully -is said to be AROUND 15-
+Zer0TheHer0 it says "about" not "around" YOU read carefully
the reason gandalf goes missing the whole time is because he travels to the future to aid or fight the x men
Obviously
just after he disappears to teach young witches and wizards the ways of magic and in doing so creates a new identity for himself.
+Wolfram42 bruh
KingLazy Which is why dumbledore wanted to die. He needed to help Xavier so he killed magneto then took his identity. Which is why he turns good in days of future past.
+Wolfram42 dude you know Dumbledore is played by Michael Gambon right? I.e. Nothing to do with Gandalf or Prof. X
Totally dig that Peter Parker theory, even if its not true Marvel can still work on it a little, giving the audiences the ultimate surprise.
Well, giving the fanboys the ultimate surprise. I doubt much of the general audience has watched Iron Man 2 more than once.
It would make sense since Peter would have been about 11 at the time Iron Man 2
+WhateverReally whatever you think really, but what makes a show great nowadays is planting leads in everywhere plus foreshadowing, and constantly connecting new scenes with old definitely make the universe as a whole more complete and realistic, proving the case that even each and every film is done by different directors but the gap will be filled to be as little as none
but that was an Expo what was Peter doing there outside of NY, unless it was in NY was it though?
Gerardo Rosa It was in Flushing Meadows I believe, which is in/near NYC. And it's basically a science fair, so Peter being there makes sense.
Literally never heard a single person mention the Joker origin theory before. Interesting.
because he doesn't have one that's what makes him so intimidating and so unpredictable
+game nerd for sure, we understand. We just meant in particular the theory of him being an Iraq get with PTSD. The way it was stated in the video they made it sound like a really
Popular theory, yet we had never heard a single person mention that theory haha. Sorry for not being specific.
Interesting. I've lost track as to how many times I've heard the theory that Joker is a war vet with PTSD
+game nerd joker actually does have a origin. It's all explained in the "Killing Joke" comic.
+MajesticDonutz we have a copy. Incredible book.
1:53 The Prestige, you see the corridor of drowned Angiers in the last scene...the scene shown at 2:08 In addition, Angier confesses to Albert Borden how hard it was to climb into the machine, not knowing if he'd be the one "in the box, or in the Prestige".
We'll just have to equip Disney with a 10ft 1in pole
nice

Ten AMAZING days of the week that you NEVER knew EXISTED.
Måndag, tisdag, onsdag, torsdag, fredag, lördag, söndag, mittwoch, freutage, monetage!
xD

Mitt-woch. It sounds like a sandwich, and Im hungry.
***** But you cant eat cool food. Food should be warm...
now that I think about it, Peter could have equipped his Iron Man toy with some sort of technology that possibly could have disabled the robot temporarily. He just didn't have enough time to use it. The staring may not have been in admiration but instead a, "I could have showed him my work. I can do better" stare.
😒😑😮☺😢😢 Ohhhh!!! Nice. Great work there.
There is no words to say how much I want Snoke to be Jar Jar.. The wave of rage on the internet would be even grander than the NuGhostbusters debacle. There could literally be jobs lost over it, it could be a sight to be behold.
true people would give up on living 😂
Batman
That would be why I specified the rumored Sith Lord Binks and not regular old Jar Jar.
Gandalf disappeared because he went to hogwarts and disguised himself as dumbledore.
Best theory.
i agree
Nah he traveled to the future to help Captain Pickard and the X men
My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. So damn original.I saw this like three years ago and its still as fucking stupid as it was back then
+Captain UnderTrance yea but 3 years ago i wrote 25 instead of 28
wow
The ones for Prestige and Inception theories are the best, probably because it's Nolan!!
The one for The Prestige makes literally no sense. The ending shot is all the clones in the tanks.
Inception theory is ok, but at the end of the Prestige you actually see all the drowned clones of Hugh Jackman, so I'm not sure how that theory works at all?
darth jar jar was replaced by count doko when binx got so much hate which explains why he appeared to come out from nowhere
I like the theory of Peter Parker being that little kid! It would sound pretty awesome!
I love the Peter Parker one!
That one is actually pretty cool. Like the kid in ASM2.
PLOT TWIST, it's actually Miles Morales.
Navon Myhand Dude, it's just a joke.
Again? mix it up a little, looper is catching up!
This channel is getting better
the one about the prestige couldnt possibly be true because at the end you see a whole row of tanks each with a clone inside drowned. must have been at least 20 dead angiers.
Can't watch the Star Wars prequels now without thinking Jar Jar is a Sith... then again, I can't watch the prequels again at all.
DevilJin true, but they didn't cut out one of the worst bits: Hayden Christensen.
I wouldn't want to know what you think of the originals cause they're the worst and most boring, force awakens being the best.
The age DOES NOT line up for Peter! He's 15 in Civil War, so that would make him 9 in Iron Man 2. That kid IS NOT 9! More like 6.
The Toy Story 2 one sounds cool, but the Inside Out one was nothing short of stupid
Yeah, there is absolutely nothing supporting the fosters idea. I thought all of these were silly but at least the others had something going for them.
+switchtalent123 yeah okay never mind, just saw the titanic one. All of three are baseless shit.
That inside out theory was far too ridiculous to be in this video
Great video keep it up :)
The guy talking sounds like Foggy from Daredevil
Holy shit he does
Now I can imagine Foggy talking in front of a mic to record the audio. xD
shit you right
Cannot unhear
THE AVOCADOS ARE BACK BABY.
you had to bring up Darth jar jar, didn't you. just no.

+Miguel Mafla the force unleashed isn't canon anymore
Good list, but I don't really see how that Iron Man 2 theory would change "everything" in the movie.
Wow, all so AMAZING!!
In the Avengers are Loki's eye's blue. But his eye's in Thor are green.
That would mean that loki was controlled by the scepter as well.
I haven't seen the video yet, but if there are any dream/coma theories I'm out.
FUCK, FUCK, FUCK!!
rip
+Oryx TheMad God rest in pepperoni lol
Screen rant presents to you... FOR THE 20TH TIME "10 movie theories that COMPLETELY change everything"
Cool video :)
Nice video keep up the good work
The Bing Bong part blew my mind!!
enjoyed watching this good insight
The alternative to Darth Jar Jar is that the Galactic Senate simply went along with ending the republic on the suggestion of a known idiot.
AWESOME DO MORE!!!!!!!
Every theory you've guys said about popular films you've mentioned Jar Jar
U got me with Iron Man. Totally adds up :)
The jokers always been good at making intricate plans
-.-
and FN-2199 is good at beating the shit out of traitors
+TR-8R lol
Does he really look like a guy with a plan?
and Will Deus doesn't always live in his mom's basement but when he does theres a bunch of sweet as star wars collectibles on his shelf
Wow this video looks so original and has never been done before
Ummm the one about the prestige is totally wrong, at the end of the movie it shows multiple tanks with dead clones in them.
more like 10 bullshit movie theories that change nothing
lmao
ikr
And this is why I check comments before watching
True
Eh, everyone has their opinion.
I just burst laughing so hard at that Inside Out/Fosters theory!
The Joker, Spider-Man, and Jar Jar theories blew my mind (Well I already knew the Jar Jar one a while back)
The iron man one has no weight, why would you put this in here? And jar jar being a sith was the original plan
He wears makeup to hide his disfigurements and show off his bad face lift (causing his constant smile).
if Joker had PTSD in pretty sure it wouldent cause him to be a phsycho. if he went crazy that's completely believable. it's a good theory though.
PeaceInExile oh, i did not know that. Well, i guess that changes alot.
Blood for the Blood god.
I had a chuckle at what you said about Disney not touching jar jar with a a ten foot pole
The Joker has been treated with neuroleptics (older antipsychotics) over a considerable time. If you pay attention throughout the film, you'll notice several instances where he makes bizarre movements with his mouth and tongue: this is called tardive dyskinesia, a side effect of long-term antipsychotic use.
the joker and jar-jar theories were really good....never thought of young peter parker being the kid in iron man 2
rip Heath Leger he was a amazing joker it's so sad we can't see him again
I like the titanic theory 👌🏻 really adds up
Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Obviously the Iron Man 2 one wouldn't be put in before Marvel had Spider-Man's rights, but that could be adapted into the Spider-Man movie or storyline.
exactly, but I doubt they'll bother
Sans Tom Holland is 20; Peter is 15.
No! The Hobbit was amazing!! 😠
I really liked it as well, I just think people expected something at the level of the Lord of the Rings movies. A lot of people also compared it to the Hobbit book, although even the LotR movies couldn't stand up to Tolkien's works.
The third one was disappointing but I really liked Desolation of Smaug
Using emojis because you're upset awh
Love the iron man theory 😎👌
The Spider-Man theory doesn't change anything really. And there's no evidence behind it. I don't see what's the big deal about it. So what if he was some kid in iron man 2 we saw for a couple of seconds.
The story of the joker will always remain a mystery. He never really does have a back story because he keeps changing it. The truth is whatever happened to him is that he's forgotten his story.
I gotta say I love the thought of Darth Jar Jar.
if the Joker served in the military they would for sure have his prints and DNA on file
Maybe he is going off a MIA or KIA persona starting fresh and trying to forget an old life
The Mighty Derpachu Show yeah, I feel like, with the Joker, if they were to make a back story like that for him he probably would have been left for dead or something. Maybe even experimented on or tortured which made him crazy.
Love the one about Bilbo I think that I'm going to go with it.
I really like the Jack Dawson theory and the Peter Parker one. It made me happy for some reason.
toy story 2 is already more than 16 years old oh this kinda bothers me
Why?
I got one question:Why everyone hates Jar-Jar?I like him.
you. you are what is wrong with this world. Jar Jar was a waste of space in the prequel trilogy. he did nothing at all and only got the protagonists in trouble.
lol. jk about you being wrong with the world. but jar jar does suck.
jar jar was made thinking young auditions would like it ...but no
I don't hate home but I also don't like him.
george lucas gets his money from toy licenses he was made to sell toys and get money
The jockers and spideys theory are great
Well there ain't gonna be a theory that's gonna make me subscribe to this channel again
+Konos P No it won't, that's not coming out for 2 more years.
+Konos P Just look up Infinity War release dates, literally everyone and their mom is saying that it's coming out in 2018, not only that, but the directors confirmed it themselves, AND it will be ten years from now for infinity war part 2 too come out.
+Konos P Ok, then, when the fuck is it coming out then? Definitely not next year...
I love the Iron Man 2 theory. I think it would make perfect sense.
1:32 where did you get that image of that guy holding a gun
That Joker theory blew my mind a little
So that Jar-Jar theory is actually super true.
The ferris beuller theory freaked me out big time
HOW THE HECK WAS THE HOBBIT A DISAPOINTMENT, IVE WATCHED THE TRILOGY ABOUT 5 TIMES AND I STILL LOVE IT!!!
If I recall correctly, the Joker being a soldier with PTSD isn't a fan theory, but an idea floated around by the people involved in the creation of the film. Don't mistake it for canon, because it's never been confirmed or mentioned in movie. But it's not a fan theory (unless someone has contradictory information?)
also Leo character quotes Bob Dylan in the early part of the film. 'if you've got nothing, you've got nothing to loose'
Jack? Time travel? Rose? DOCTOR WHO
I don't know why every hates Jar Jar, personally one of my favorite characters from star wars, and if he is indeed a sith lord, that's just gonna make me like him even more.
Lord of the rings was three books, and three movies. They left out a tonne of details. In the hobbit, they made three movies for one book, and kept most of the details in. It's not a bad thing they actually told the story properly. "Bilbo spicing his adventure up." C'mon guys. Really?
0:10 Does anyone know what movie this is? I feel like i should know it since i knew every other movie he mentioned.
The joker is never given a back story in any of his adaptations. Surprisingly I think this adds to the jokers character.
I thought The Dark Night theory was the best. It really changed the way I looked at the film.
cool list
Bing Bong deserves the spot there
The "Emily is Andy's mom theory" is arguably the most well known Pixar related theory. Aside from the big Pixar Theory.
another theory ive read is jack Dawson is the Great Gatsby. i believe the age lines up (im not sure but i think so) with the years from the Titanic and when TGG takes place. Jack doesnt actually die, he moves away, becomes super rich and renames himself Gatsby. again, i could be wrong about the ages being lined up but its a theory that ive read before
This is to the extant where they just repeat things in videos with slight changes to the name
I like the Iron Man 2 theory. Makes sense.
Tom Holland confirmed the Spider-Man theory is official
I think that Disney isn't even gonna touch jar jar with a 40 ft pole at this point
I never thought of that kid as Peter THAT is crazy
The Darth Jar Jar theory is true, but after the huge backlash from the audience he had to change it. A shame really since he let people sway his mind on what could've been a great prequel storyline, but I do like Count Dooku.
If Bing Bong died it would totally undermine his sacrifice. He's dead. He's never coming back.
