    ...
Then I uploaded it to UA-cam.

    It goes like this:
if you get comfortable doing it slowly for a few hours, you can get comfortable doing it fast in just a few more.
if you try to do it fast before you can do it slowly, you'll be struggling to do it correctly forever.

Except that it doesn't feature MYK and isn't like 3-10 hours long
literally all they would talk about his frames to an audience that didn't even know how to move. So I ended up learning a bunch of frame data and crush properties and I didn't know the basics of the game

Speedkicks just actually knows how the mind of someone who can't kbd works like. Pros usually skip a few but vital specific details in their explanations thinking "they're too obvious" or "just happen naturally!"

I also have to learn when’s a good time to even kbd because if I’m too close the opponent will just hit me anyway.

Playing games that are fast paced helps your finger dexterity a lot, within 3 days of using an arcade stick for the first time ever since a child, a couple of tekken movement videos, and maybe 2 weeks of nothing but tekken practice, i was able to atleast do the first wavedash on both sides, but i got a long way to do it fast and constistently.
Listen to what the elite players say when explaining, don't rush the process and take it slow, Tekken learning curve is probably the worst because how hard and technical it is, but once you get comfortable with the fundamentals of movement in tekken, the offense and defense becomes so much easier and you'll be able to pick up on certain advanced techniques and terminology like whiff punishing or frame data much easier.
Its a rewarding game if you put the time into it, hope that helps.

Probably one of the best guides to kbd. Too many videos out there faffin about - stretching to almost half an hour.

One thing I think is missing, is that After the initial backdash, from the neutral ( where you press b,b,db,b ) the next backdash shouldn’t start with a b,b.. instead with b,db,b, as you’re already backdashing.
You only need to use b,b when you want to begin KBD, when you’re standing still. The first backdash.

Damn I was doing it wrong the whole time lol.
I didnt realize that I dont have to go neutral after every command. I had difficulty of pulling kbd with the wrong method I've been doing which is b,n,b,n,d/b,n,b,n,d/b...
This really helped me. Thanks speedkicks

I think people need to take in consideration RSS video on the power of a single bakdash. I learned how to Korean backdash and wavedash a little before I knew how to apply them and the results weren't great LOL.
