Was I the only one who's first reaction to hearing the Ink Demon's voice was overwhelming amount of happiness to the point where I stimmed uncontrollably? Because one of my biggest hopes for the game was the Ink Demon being able to speak but I was so sure it wouldn't happen then it did and I was like really happy. Cause all I see are people going "Ayo he got a voice now" and I'm just like "YES!" I can't be the only one.

It seem to me that the reason he can talk now is cause he has slowly evolved like a Pokémon. The cycle might have been more then just a prison for Henry but for the ink demon too cause the cycle would prevent him from getting to powerful and maybe even escaping into the real world. Just imagine the ink demon escaping into the real world. Without the cycle he would evolve into a God though it seems to take a while seeing as Wilson stoped the cycle for about 200 days and he went from his form in bendy and the ink machine to his new form in dark revival in that time but the evolution may have been paused when he was in the form of baby bendy so this could be 50 days of evolution and Wilson just paused it.
I'm watching this with earphones and I literaly jumped when he started talking. It literaly feels like he's talking right behing you, which is impossible since there's my bedroom wall behind me. I think I'm going to cry. 😰

I think, the Ink Demon does not speak directly, his jaw does not move in the final monologue, no one can hear him except Audrey, I think he talks to her telepathically because they are both created from ink, and Henry, for whom we play in BatIM, is created from Joey's thoughts.
When Wilson came and fucked everything by taking Henry, the story in BATIM is a script being read over and over again like a cycle and when the ink demon also got taken by the seekers as he was turn into lil imp bendy he found a way out and have been surviving in the shadows as it began to learn more and more and became intelligent and more powerful within the evilness created by the pain and suffering and even more pain when he was taken so as he somehow became back to the ink demon he is now more powerful and intelligent then he use to be. (Yes I figured it out it took me weeks)
