Living my best life in 86 with a bowl of fruit loops and my brand new glow in the dark wacky wall walker. They do get tired fast. Even when you washed them.
Unfortunately that adhesive could only last so long regardless of washing.
Ohhh many of us are longing for our Awesome 80's !! Life was more carefree & less stressful as the times of Today! ❤
That is true. Great time to be a kid!
AGREED! If you need me, I'll be immersing myself in my Atari 2600 ;)
Great video! I had one of these wall walkers back in the day and hadn't seen any mention of them anywhere lately until I came across this. And now I remember that "Dr. Fad" show too. 🐙Thanks for the memories! 😃
Glad to have brought back some fond memories! Thank you for watching.
Glad you enjoyed it!! As far as free toys in cereal boxes go, this one is a core childhood memory of mine. Do you recall which color Walker you got?! I distinctly remember RED in my cereal box ...
@@NostalgAK I had a green wall walker. I remember that it was a dust magnet, but once it got cleaned off it was good to go again! The pre-cellphone era was just a better time to be a kid.
Oh man! Thank you! I commented on the Wacky Wobbler on the cereal video and glad that you guys made a special video! Wow! I didn't know that it was being sold. For $2 I'll probably get one. I think I had the orange one when I was a kid.
You are most welcome Anthony! Very glad you enjoyed this one as well. Heck yeah… go pick up a few at the Dr Fad site. Well worth the price.
We see you in those comments 👀😁 Which color will you get this time?!
@@NostalgAK It says it will be sent randomly. Orange or the glow in the dark would be nice! But, I think I will be happy whatever color I get 🙂
I think my neices and nephews still get these. just slightly different ones at for a couple quarters at pizza places/arcades.
They’re still out there. Can still be purchased pretty cheaply
Fantastic video!!
Thanks!
I upped the wacky wall walker game!! I took cotton balls from grandmas bathroom and soaked them at water and threw them at her walls to see them stick!
Uh oh. Grandma probably didn’t care much for that. 😆
I member 🫐
😆

@@NostalgAK darn right
You know what I loved the most about this toy? It actually worked the way they advertised it...😂😂 Until of course you got it all covered in pet hair or it got covered in dirt from the carpet...But they cleaned up pretty decent in warm water.
Exactly! Unlike some other rubbery creatures with similar characteristics that will not be named… *cough* Manglors *cough*
@@RetroDaze 😂😂... Now those were a great example of a let down, after how the commercials portrayed them..
You said it. We covered them in our "5 Forgotten Toys Of The 1980s" video!
Did then. Did NOW! I was so genuinely excited to see it do its thing when I tested it. Funny you mention the pet hair ... a few minutes later it was COATED by Husky hair. Needless to say, the second, third, and fourth test recordings didn't go as well 😂
I forgot about Apple Jacks, I think I do remember wall walkers. Everytime you post a video it brings memories back. Excellent Content! 🤘🏻👍🏻🇺🇲
Thanks Z Man! Glad you enjoyed this one.
ZMAN!!! Thanks so much our friend 🙏 Bringing back those nostalgic memories is our goal!
I remember making my 3rd grade teacher very upset winging these things across the room during class. There was an actual ban at my school which only made us kids double down.
Teachers probably had drawers full of confiscated octopuses. 😆
I still have the OTA recording of “Deck the Halls with Wacky Walls” that my dad recorded for us back when it aired.
That’s awesome! It’s mostly forgotten these days.
My sister and I had a few of these back in the 80’s.
" wacky wallwalkers "
hilarious ... !
thanks for sharing !
Thank you for watching!
Our pleasure!! They were one of the greatest cereal prizes ever offered IMHO
Wow, I remember seeing "Dr. Fad" ONE TIME while in Orlando in the 80's. I had never seen the show before or again until today, although part of the theme song has been stuck in my head ever since.
For a show that aired for nearly 6 years, it is extremely obscure. You were lucky to catch it ONCE!
@@RetroDaze For some reason, my memory of the theme and the voice saying "Dr. Fad" during the theme is at a lower tone. Weird....
I had only ever heard of it. It wasn't until I put this video together that I actually watched an episode. Not bad!
I like the ones that were a hand and had a long part so you could slap your buddie with it still buy them to this day just to mess with my dogs
😆 Surely the dogs just love it.
We threw them against everything. The cats we had would go nutty watching them 😂
They would probably freak out when they stuck to their paws. 😆
😥💔😿🌈
Younger siblings? I'm pretty sure I did 😆
This makes me want 80s Breakfast Cereals and a collection of rarely broadcasted 70s - 90s Holiday themed tv episodes and programs 😢. Great content, you should most definitely do a video on how Cracker Jack toys changed from fun to " nothing to see here!" 😢
😆 It is sad that Cracker Jack prizes are so lame now. Even just a trading card of some kind would be a huge improvement!
Every now and then, I let myself get a current box of one of my childhood favorites. Usually Apple Jacks, Fruity Pebbles, or Cocoa Puffs. The box is typically demolished in a day and a half. My thinking is, you can only put on so much weight in 48 hours 😂 LOVE the Cracker Jack idea!
